The chandler branch is very nice. All of the people that work there are helpful and nice it’s a very small town style and feel of bank. Only major pain in the butt is their atm is from the 70s and you literally can’t deposit money in your account unless the bank is open. Besides that everything is actually really nice except... the Asian supervisor lady. PayPal made an error and oversraftwd my account it was the first time this has ever happened to me and the lady I first spoke to was helpful and said she would talk to supervisor about it. Asain lady was cold as hell towards me impolite and rude. Acted like I was stupid when I explained what happened and said I should keep better track of my finances so clearly she didn’t pay attention to a word I said because it was PayPal’s fault for drawing on the wrong account at random. Wasn’t going to refund me the 32 $ fee at first and told me to fix it with PayPal. Finally agreed to and said it would take up to 24 hours. Sat I’m the lobby afterwards for about 2 mins then she came out asking why we were still there clearly wanted us to leave. My friend was tryna charge his phone and she said that wasn’t allowed. She saw us sweating and dying from the 120 degree heat and wouldn’t let us sit for 5 mins to cool down while I was waiting for another transaction to go through. To be blunt she was a Female dog for no reason. Left promptly because she kept nagging us when there was no other customers and we were bothering no one nor being loud disruptive etc in ANY way. As a small bank might want to treat the few customers you ha e with respect instead of like shit asain lady. Hope you read this personally because you know who you are and what you did. No one was trying to camp out in your bank don’t worry ha. SMH

So they can be slow at times but most of the staff is friendly and helpful anwser questions thoroughly don't having much for savings though like cds etc. unless ur rich
 which is dumb.... they do share the building with an insurance company that shouldn't even be in bussiness they don't do much of anything. The people are really rude laugh in ur face roll their eyes at u stick. Up for others base and judge u on the yr of the car u drive which I know other insurance wouldn't heck I could get full coverage plus road side assistance at no extra charge plus get a bound check for safe driving and auto forgiveness wouldn't u want a car insurance like that or one like the one here in this building that don't protect don't put u good hands.
