I have numerous accounts with Wells Fargo. My husband and I both have retirement accounts with this bank. One of my accounts only has my name on it. I wrote my husband a check for him to cash. He went to this location to cash it. They denied him. They told him they are saving their cash for THEIR checking/savings account holders and that he was not a customer. He told them he is and he has a retirement account with them. They still denied him and sent him 10 miles, round trip, away to a larger branch. Isn't this place a bank? I called and complained and they told me that there is not much they can do. So, even if you are a customer, your not counted as one.
