Came here to ask about opening a retirement account. Although they were so busy that day, the wait time was short and they were very helpful. They answered all of my questions. Wish I could remember the names of the lady and gentleman who helped us. Thanks for your time!

The most horrible banking experience I have ever had. So much for big corporate banking that does not care about the client.
The branch manager does not even have courtesy to call me regarding my concern even when I went to the bank 5 times to address my problem.
They promise the world but does not deliver. What a horrible experience from the manager and staff of Wells Fargo.
