I have been with this bank since it was taken over when the Obama administration decided Wachovia needed to be taken over by Wells Fargo. The quality of service has been of a much poorer quality ever since. It is a mega bank that really has no interest or interaction with the individual. I have been on the phone for over 20 minutes to try to change an appointment time today. At this point I do not care that they expect me and I will not show up. They can not even answer the phone, even when it is an inside line that only the big headquarters has and transfers you too.
