Village Bank epitomizes professionalism and client centered courtesy at every level. Every contact I have had, for the president to middle management to direct service staff, has proven delightful, and I have received great support in every request I have made. Village Bank has made our organization able to work more effectively and efficiently.

It is unfortunate that the comments from workingman53 are not from a customer of the bank but of an ex-employee trying to smear the name of good people.

Employees are rude and unprofessional

The employees are rude and unprofessional. The manager, Kelly Keene, and assistant manager, Cameron Mumford, are the worst. A lot of foul language and inappropriate conversations go on when dealing with these two, especially Ms. Mumford. Beware of doing business with these people because, although they say they care about their customers, in reality they really do not.

I have found he team at Watkins to be nothing but professionals. they have tried to look out for my best interest. Going through a tough family situation they have been understanding and helpful. I strongly recommend this bank branch. They are super to work with . They know customers by name when you come in the bank. They really care about the customers. I feel they try to be good to the staff which is very important to me.
