I currently deal with three different bank institutions and Valley National is by far the best. The Fredon branch is wonderful. From parking, to staff, ease of access to my accounts, safe deposit boxes, and especially the customer service, it's the best. Thank you!

You cannot find any service worst than this branch. Bad customer service. Dishonest management and poor cuatomer relations

I have been with VNB for over 10 years. I have both personal and many business accounts here. Even with changes in tellers and desk persons, they are the most courteous of all the banks I have ever dealt with. I cannot speak for all their branches, but Bayonne has the best. They were originally trained by Kelly Betsworth and her training has endured even after retiring fromVNB. Always a real live person answering the phone. Never a recording. Always helpful. They are the most professional. The best.
