I love this bank! I have been banking here for years and would not consider going back anywhere else. The staff is so friendly, they always say hello when you walk in and make you feel appreciated.
I have had a few issues with my accounts in the past but the staff here is always so helpful in resolving it.
I am surprised by the negative reviews on here because that has not been my experience at all.

This us bank took my cash deposit, then refused to give it to me, accused me of money laundering, and froze my account. I work with the us government, and all funds originated from the us treasury dept. Sam is the bank manager, and Lisa Kirkland has been an absolute aberration of a banker. I will never use us bank again after the lawsuit is resolved
