Called to verify account was open for a check that was written to me. Andrea answered the phone but said she could not verify that over the phone. I told her if the account was closed and I deposited the check, then I would get hit for a fee plus the funds. All I wanted to know was if the account was still open. She had me wait several minutes while she logged on to her computer and after reading her the account number directly from the check, told me it wouldn't come up but then again, didn't know if she was entering it correctly. Told me to call back later. Really?????

Most horrible bank and rudest bank clerks I've ever come across. I arrived at the bank at 3:30pm, unaware that they closed at 3, I only need to cash a check. I walked up to the door and looked inside, there was a man sitting at the desk and he looked directly at me then put his head back down. So I went around to the thru only to have the teller rudely inform me that they are not affiliated with the bank that was stamped on my check even though they have the exact same name. So while leaving I pull around to the front and notice a Hispanic family at the door, I was about to roll my window down to let them know that there were closed in the lobby, when to my surprise, the same guy that just looked at me and put his head down, opened the door for them and let them in! I was in disbelief and furious. And yes I am an African American female! I wanted to open an account there but they lost my business! I wouldn't spit on the place if it were on fire!!!!!!
