This the most friendly bank EVER. However, I had occaisons of deposits not being posted correctly causing embarrasing moments going out to eat. The ATM was out of order the 3 times I needed it, and I was also shorted money. When closing the account they never asked why. Regretfully, they are very nice folks. They claim their bank was founded on trust.
