The online banking is a mess. Each time you log in you need to check your email, go back to banking, enter the code from the email and pray. EVERY TIME!! Pray they let you into your online banking. I cannot tell you how inconvenient this is and how annoying it is. Today I could not have our online banking fixed because it seems I'm not on the online portion of our accounts. I'm on the accounts but only my husband can fix the online part or add my name. You know what I'm doing tomorrow? Moving my accounts to Great Southern Bank in Republic MO. I give up working with this online thing Southern does. Worst online banking EVER!!!

I love this bank. The staff is super friendly. The entire staff goes out of their way to help with all of my needs.
