Absolutely do Not bank with Regions!! The staff is useless. The tellers are apparently incompetent and my husband and I lost hundreds of dollars due to a mistake on their part as well as us not double checking them and they were unwilling to mend this problem. We are pulling our accounts and moving to a credit union, who actually knows what customer service still means these days!!!!
