Excellent in all cases. On my first visit after the bank's
name change, I noticed a new lady at the drive thru window.
I went home and discussed with my wife, that if the bank
changed employees. as well as owners, that I think we should change banks. She agreed, but we found out the lady
that was normally there was sick that day. Wiyhout a doubt
that would happen because we totally trust them.

I have banked with three different banks over 25 years, SONA has definitely exceeded MY EXPECTATIONS WITH MY PERSONAL AND BUSINESS ACCOUNT. The fact that I can walk in the door and they know me by first name and are friendly and always happy, I wouldn't trade that for anything. At the bigger branches the customer service does not match up to Sonas.
Having a business and personal and savings here, I would suggest this bank to anyone in the tidewater area because they have branches in Richmond & the Northern Neck.

I have a savings account here, my son has a savings account here and I use their CDs. A friend took out a business loan with SONA and found the experience smooth. I enjoy the family atmosphere. My savings accounts are not robust but the staff treats me very well. They know me by name- and that means a lot! I even get a card on my birthday!! I think this is the most friendly bank in the area.
