Wow! When you go in knowing what you want you rarely expect to be surprised, but this takes the cake! The inadequacies that plague lesser financial institutions are not present here. This is just the outstanding type of service I have come to expect. A cautionary word to the fool: BE WARY of the wrong fork in the road. Stick to what you know and hold your ground. Don't let up and you will most certainly have a pleasant experience here as well.
