I am a professional mtg. adviser. I called because I had a CA home buyer to refer to them. I asked the loan officer what their rate was for a 15-yr purchase loan, 20 percent down, top tier credit.
She said, "I can't quote a rate, because I don't know the down payment and credit."
I said, "I just told you the down payment and assume top credit."
She still refused. Also, she would not reveal their lender fees.
Avoidance of basic info is usually a lender who is overpriced and shady.
As a professional, I recommend avoiding this lender for mortgage loans. Their lack of transparency is unacceptable.

Worst Bank I've ever seen. Went to cash a check, they had my ID, Fingerprint, I was willing give them 5 credit card numbers and still refused to cancel my legitimate check because the account on check was opened at other branch and they couldn't varify signature. How can you not varify signature in this day and age of internet, cell phone with phones? Click a picture, send it over and compare signatures, done. I will never do any form of banking at this bank and hope anyone reading this never considers them.
