I was needing a loan and my branch at Newark said it would be 8%, what? No way after all the years we did business with them, so I checked elsewhere. The one in Batesville on Main Street, loan officer said probably 5% or lower. I called the next day and he said I had to do business at Newark. What a joke the loan officer was, Andrew Brock was his name. I informed him that I would go to where I would get the best interest rate. I went to Citizens where I didn't even have an account and got a lower rate than where I had done business for 20 years. Humm, sad but true. No customer care.
