I get there close to closing time they always remind me not to go in so late because I delay their exit time. Overall they never seem happy to help me and treat me with a snobby attitude.

i go to summit branch in Tacoma and the staff is always nice and helpful I like this bank bank of America are the terrible I have been with bank of America since it was rainer bank and my husband has had a account there for 50 yrs plus I have tried to convince him to switch to heritage but he says its to much of a hassle.so I opened my own acct at heritage and i'm glad I did. they are great

Poor customer service. New to Camano Island... not very welcoming. The first time we walked in and asked if we could break a $50 bill. We were told not unless we had an account. Since we were in a hurry to drive to Seattle for my husband's cancer treatment appointment, we did not have time to do the paperwork at that time. The second time was to deposit several checks and I wanted to open a savings account, so we had a local banking presence on the Island. I did not realize it was close to closing time. Was told their banker was gone for the day and it would take more than ten minutes to do the paperwork to open an account so I would have to come back the next day. As she ushered me out the door I noticed They were still waiting on customers at the drive up window. I drove into Stanwood and opened up a savings account, which took all of five minutes to transact. They were friendly, welcoming and now have the proceeds of our home sale on deposit. Work on your customer service skills Heritage Bank. You just lost a lucrative account.
