I opened my first accounts with Heritage in the mid 2000's. I've had a total of 9 accounts with them since I have had several retail businesses. They have always been personal, professional and a pleasure to deal with. I frequent three of their branches more than the others in my area, and will admit that there is one branch that has not been as personal as the others. However, they have always been professional. Their customer service has always been eager to help and able to quickly resolve any issue I've had when I have called. Over the years, I've called customer service three times to resolve issues that were not a cause of the bank, itself. I highly recommend this bank and will continue to bank there since they do such a great job. Thank you, Heritage!

I have been with City Bank since opening. I am now with Heritage Bank. The service is more than excellent. Manager Jamie is always more than ready, willing and able to help you even if it isn't "bank business". They treat all of their customers with the same respect and courtesy possible. Thanks to all.

I've been with this bank since the late 90's and have always enjoyed going to the bank to do business. Having visited other banks and how they operate, helps me appreciate the low key, friendly environment, that doesn't come across as pushy to get you to sign up for the next best thing. They are always ready to help me with a smile and get the transactions done very quickly. Two jumbo thumbs up!
