Tellers are the best feature at Greenfield Savings in Amherst. They are friendly and helpful. Sadly, in the area of help and personal assistance with complex matters related to mortgages and loans, this bank falls far short of its competitors. You are bound to find other local banks to be fare more willing to speak with you personally about problems and to go the distance to help you solve them.
Greenfield loan officers have been very friendly in the application process but impossible to find after all is said and done. Look elsewhere.
