My experience during the past year is---I hate going in there just to be treated rudely by these people. Cold and inconsiderate is the experiences I have had with them. They enjoy talking down to people and I've witnessed other patrons go through this as well.

When this bank switched from Freestar to First Financial, the office staffed changed along with some of the services. The online banking is a joke compared to what it was before and the new staff and management are rude and impossible to get truthful answers from.

I have been a customer with this bank for a long time. I was banking at this location before when it was freestar bank. I think that is where this bank went from great to terrible. As soon as first financial bank had replaced freestar bank, the staff that had been replaced by the old staff ended up being terrible! Management is rude and unfriendly, the manager had actually told me that it would be fine for me to find a different bank when I had complained about poor quality customer service!!! I do not recommend this bank.

I still bank there but had the same experience with the staff. They also lie and make you feel like a number. No loyalty and impersonal. I have banked here for 10+ years and they were my 3rd bank.
