Error in closing out a deceased client's account

The Charleston branch is inept at best. My wife and her sister went in to close their deceased father's acct, received a check, About a week later my wife received a call stating that a fairly large sum needed to be refunded because they included funds that should not have been included. This was their mistake and treated my wife like a thief. Also their hours are only to 4:30 we don't get home from work by then, so how are we to drop off a check. Well, we then received a letter that stated one of the deposits we returned actually was owed to the estate. This tells me they have no idea what to do when an acct needs to be closed out because a person passed away. When we tried to get the money for the estate one of the bank officials got within three inches of my wife's face. Unfeeling, unknowledgeable, scary to think you'd put these people in charge of your monies.
