We have both our personal checking account and our ministry checking account with First Federal since 2015. We have found their service to be both professional as well as personal, they call us by name and ask how we are doing.

Opened a checking account in so doing wrote myself a check from another FL account [cleared both banks that night] but this bank held my cash for 17 days and made me pay cash for the checks or wait the 17 days for my own check to clear. So I had rented a large safe deposit box rent was paid for a full year in advance after the bad taste from the checking account I moved the contents to another local Bank and NEVER received the balance of 8 months rent, they ceased that as well. Oh then there was a mortgage and the Loan Officer seemed to think I wanted to close a single loan twice and double that cost. I may have been born at night but....
