Very disappointed in the lack of concern for customer who had a problem. Money was taken out of the customer's bank account, although the debt had been previously paid. Bank said there was nothing they could do about it. They could have checked their records. They could have made a phone call or written a letter to help the customer clear up the mistake. The customer made phone calls, wrote letters and sent emails. The bank rushed to take out the money and send it to the already paid agency.The same day the bank took out the money, the agency sent a legal paper saying the debt had been satisfied and not to send the money. Bank sent the money anyway and says there's nothing they can do about it. They charged the customer $100 in fees for this transaction that was wrong and should not have been done.
