I have a car loan at this organization and they are awful - frequently 'lose' my payments and charge me late fees, refuse to deal with me regarding it, even when I send proof I mailed the payment as scheduled, etc. Their support staff was abusive and even my normal bank told me they were terrible. AVOID THIS ORGANIZATION AT ALL COSTS.

I sent them proof of insurance and ask for them to respond, because they're charging me extra money called late fees and will not respond. Possibly the worst bank ever. Just confirm you got the proof and stop sending me late fees ruining my credit. I HAVE INSURANCE BECAUSE IM NOT TRASH AND ITS AGAINST THE LAW!
