I've been banking here many years,(convenience and support local,small business. But I must say that my most recent experience, has not been good. They either don't know and are showing incompetence or poor customer support. In trying to resolve a banking issue, due to a family death, every time I bring a document they requested they come up with another needed document. They seem to be winging it, back and forth instead of letting you know the procedure to follow. Many banks in the area, they should have better communication with clients,and will change banks
