Poor customer service
Don't believe customers
Some employees don't take customers inquiry seriously which can cause the lost of your money from the bank account
Not easy to talk to higher management team, often was told not available in the office
Some employees have poor listening skill and interpretation skill when obtaining customers needs
Some employees revealed the attitude that the bank is not scared to loose customers as the bank has been in the area for a long time
