You know I've been banking with this bank for almost 3 years which seems to be a pretty good bank the tellers are outstanding but when it comes to the loan department they're very slow I was there a year ago see about getting a $3000 loan and that day they basically told me I couldn't do not and because of my credit which was fine and Monday here I applied for 5 grand with 2 of us on it I have good credit now and she has fair credit but between us we both bring home $70000 a year and I called today which is the 22nd I believe of April and ask what's go on a lot any says he has even got to it yet because hes been working on some PP loans so basically I'm just a little guy and if you're that over booked in work should you have somebody else help you with it or hire somebody else so he basically said I'll give you my answer now and it was no so I said that's fine I'm not gonna deal with stupidity and I'm going to close my account I can't deal was stupid sorry

Normally the wait time is none or you can tell they’re busy . When I walked up today was just looked at and the lady didn’t even get close until another customer came. I guess they were probably waiting for me to ask for help even tho I was seen by both the workers. Went in to change some coins and was told I had too many . You’re gonna tell me with two employees and two customers including myself that you wouldn’t have the time to exchange my coins .
