This bank has lost its good employees and charm. It's been taken over by a condescending narcissist who has run off all his employees and loyal customers.

I went into this bank to discuss a business loan a few years back. They could not have been more rude, disinterested, or condescending. And that was before they ever saw my business plan. After I was in the office of the VP who reluctantly agreed to speak with me he barely glanced at the business plan, had no questions to ask me and couldn't wait to get me out of his life. I was basically humiliated and embarrassed for having the audacity to take up his time with nonsense.
I then went to the Bank of Weston. I was treated with respect and interest and they welcomed me in to discuss my plans. They ultimately (and quickly) approved the loan.
Wells Bank is run by arrogant good old boys. A very good place to avoid in my opinion.

Same thing happened to me. They wanted to take 50 head of collateral for a hay rake. I was treated horribly.
