When Mr Bucky Frame was the branch manager this was a happy and friendly bank, but after he retired the position was filled by a very pompous man...Mr Clovess Lawless!!! He has changed everything and is not nice to the long time employees!!!! The employees look scared and worried all the time now. So sad for them, and, to us long time customers!

I have held an account with CTBI for the past 8 years and have not had anything other than excellent customer service in every regard. The staff at both the Marrowbone branch and the Mouthcard branch have never been anything less than helpful. We moved away from the Pike County area but have maintained this account with direct deposit due to the excellent level of service we are accustomed to that is unparalleled by any other bank we have done business with.
