Fees! Fees! and more Fees!... if you need cash.. come back next week... If you need a loan we need 5x the value in collateral and your first born... then we will give you an hour lecture and another hour of stories. Then if you are approved we can get you the money in about a week... after they run next door and get a loan from a real bank...
Now if you are a farmer... never make payments on time... you can get huge loans on anything (if you own it or not) and if you don't pay its ok ... maybe next month!
