Super helpful, always kind, I've been to three branches and they are amazing. The phone help for online is excellent. Couldn't ask for a better partner for our business.

I grew up in Bergen County and was thrilled to find there was a Columbia Bank branch here at the entrance to Raritan Center, where I work. Jane and her entire staff are wonderful people, and remind me of the hometown family banking atmosphere I remembered when I was just getting started in business. Great people, and a really great Home Equity loan deal. They pay me 1% on my checking account too, which I haven't seen anywhere. Love this bank!

Just renewed a CD and met the new manager there. Always helpful and polite, they know how to treat customers. I highly recommend the Ramsey Branch.
