Primitive banking: Checks deposited don't clear for up to 48 hours so the deposited funds are not available, most banks these days give you at least a portion of the deposited checks immediately and the remainder the same day. Clinton Savings is definitely behind the times. They are very unclear about overdraft fees, they tell you its a $30 fee in all their paperwork, but the never inform you not even through the paperwork that on top of the $30 overdraft fee its still $5 a day, which is worse than Bank of America. I honestly didn't think any bank could be worse with fees than Bank of America but clinton savings surely is the worst bank. They make BOA look so good that i would rather put up with BOA stupid fees than deal with the out of date an illogical practices used by Clinton Savings.

trouble depositing checks to my account the last three visits but was able to deposit without insident at a bank nearby. guess i'll just go to the other bank to start with now. also transfering twenty thousand to other bank for better interest. when i have waited 90 days for a check and then have to chase the issuer down for an issue it really sucks. this last check was only three week wait but a state check and difficult to reissue quickly. no reason for this bs. had pulled 110000 dollars out of clinton savings before for low interest rates. maybe they need to lay off some of the older tellers who think they are in charge of everyones accounts? what would they do if their paychecks were held up for a month for a stipulation and couldn't be deposited. lets put the shoe on their foot and see how it feels?
