This bank is impossible to deal with when it comes to fraudulent charges and identify theft. My xbox account was hacked and just under $600 was used up. They said that since I had purchased from Microsoft before, that the charges COULDN'T be fraudulent. I kid you not. So I'm out all of that money, but hey, they got me a new debit card! Kinda funny, huh? If the charges weren't fraudulent, why would I need a new card?

Not clear in communication between departments or with clients. Longest time i have ever waited to close a home loan in 30 years. Condescending if you ask a question for clarification.

I have been with this bank since 2000 when it was known as Community Bank. I enjoy seeing the bank tellers at the Verona, VA branch. They remember me and are friendly and helpful whenever I go through the drive through or into the bank. I have my personal and our business checking accounts and a credit card with City National Bank. We use Elavon, a company they partner with, for our credit card services at our business and have enjoyed working with their representative. Would not change a thing.
