I ordered checks. When they arrived my name was misspelled. I went bto the bank and wanted to order checks with my name spelled correctly. Supervisor said it didn’t matter. She totally refused to order me new checks with my name spelled right.. Sat back in her chair and said no you don’t need any new ones they don’t look at the spelling. I was furious. I went to a different branch and sat with a different supervisor. I showed her the misspelled checks and explained that I wanted to order new ones with the correct spelling. She said of course. She ordered me new ones.
The drive through is very efficient.
