My husband and I have several accounts with Carter for over 15 years now...because of the opening hours that were until 7:00pm. My husband works 6 days a week from 7:00am till 7:00pm and now cannot even get his pay chexk deposited. I understand how this pandemic is causing companies to shorten hours and or close but this is a real problem for  our family as we try to bank with a bank that does not consider and put the needs of their customers first. I have added up the hours of the clerks that have been shortened and/or laid off and the savings at your customers expense is great!!! Please consider staying open for us who work long hours OR GET WITH A ATM MACHINE WERE YOU CAN DEPOSIT AND DO BANKING TRANSACTIONS,,,disatified customer.

Love Carter Bank! Still a hometown and personal Bank that has not forgotten who counts, their customers!

I have been with Carter Bank since they first came to Fayetteville, NC. They started out another name (Peoples) and merged with Carter name.
They have always been topnotch in every way. They know each and every customer by name, including the family members that came in offer as well.
They still treat their customers like they are the most important part of the bank business. It does not matter if the customer has a million dollars or a couple of thousand...or lots less. Each customer is important and treated great!

My husband was active duty, now retired. I was also implored on e civilian side of the Federal government.  We have had a lot of experience with many many different banks of all sizes and kinds around the world.
We love Carter!  We also have a business account with them.

They care about the business and their customers!
The only thing I would love to see is they make the move and have online banking, it would be the only issue to be able to improve.

We have been banking with them nearly 12 years. They all been helpful and friendly.  When my Dad died 2005 the head personal came to the funeral home. That was a blessing her to take time out of life to come. She had over 1 hour drive home. That just how nice they are and helpful. That and free checking why we stay with Carter Bank.
