I CURRENTLY HAVE MY MORTGAGE THROUGH BOA. I HAVE BEEN TRYING TO REFINANCE SINCE AUGUST, AND IT IS NOW FRIGGIN DECMEMBER!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL THEY ARE LOSING MY PAPERS, OR, THEY ARE COLLECTING DUST SOMEWHERE. I HAVE GIVEN THEM CHECKSTUBS, BANK STATEMENTS, OVER AND OVER, STILL NO END IN SIGHT! THEY EVEN WERE GOING TO CANCEL IT SINCE THEY HAD INSUFFICIENT PAPER WORK! ARE YOU KIDDING???????????? I HAVE NEVER BEEN LATE ON A PAYMENT, AND WE ARE ALREADY MORTGAGE CUSTOMERS! NEXT THING YOU KNOW, THEY WILL SEND ME TO THE BLOOD BANK FOR A SAMPLE!!!!!!!!!!!
