I noticed when I went into my account that on 8/31 a paypal debit hit my account. It was not supposed to. On the same day I went to the ATM because it was after the banks closed and deposited the EXACT amount of money. I called to you guys because I was confused. When I set up my account I check the box that states that I no not allow any NSF. So, imagine my surprise when today I noticed you not only reversed my account from the payment that should have never been authorized to begin with, was reversed and then I was charged a 30.00 NSF fee.
When I called that bank, your customer service associate was rude and unpleasant. Had absolutely no regard to her customers and began to talk above me with out even listen to what I was saying. I had just opened an account here and if THIS is how you treat your customers, then I don’t want to bank here! I have no problem leaving.

been with avidiafor about two years and every time I need to go in to the bank (Marlborough branch) the staff are always very helpful and great to deal with avidia was able to get a small business loan when several other banks failed miserably I will be with avidia for a long time to come J B

I think its criminal that my money goes in on a Saturday (the only day I can deposit my money since Im paid on Friday night) And I cannot access my money until Tuesday??????? That's just wrong, some people live from paycheck to paycheck & need gas & food by the time another week goes by. Ive had checking accounts since i was 16 over 20 yrs & NEVER ran across anything like this. Straighten it out Avidia!!!
