This has been my bank for many years.  I think Ryan is a great manager and all the ladies that help me out behind the counter are very knowledgeable

I logged in to my online ASB account and sent them a message regarding about linking a joint savings account that I just opened to my online access.  Nicole, a customer rep replied saying she can't link my savings account unless I authorize her to delete one of my accounts that was closed.  Like I told her, even through the account was closed, because I am on e-statement and my last e-statement which going to show the deduction amount that was closed didn't come out yet.  I don't want the account to be deleted.  I still need to access my detail transactions history on that account.  At the same time, I also need to access my savings account that was just opened. I can't believe Nicole said she can't just link my savings account to my online access unless I authorize her to delete one of my accounts.  I also called ASB, the customer rep just told me he don't know, the only way I can get linked is to sent ASB a message after I logged in to my online access.  I even went to an ASB branch, the teller said she don't know too, she said know that I have to message someone using my online access.  But Nicole, an online customer rep from the online access messaged me and replied she won't link it unless I authorize her to delete my account.  This is insane.  I can't believe no other people can help me in this situation and the people I talked to at ASB seem that they didn't know anything except to tell you to sent a message to someone using the online access.  If Nicole, that online customer rep from the online messaging keep checking my message telling to link my account and if she keep saying she can't link it, I will switch all my accounts to First Hawaiian Bank, and is ASB's loss.  Because they can't train their employees well enough and they can't train their employees customer service.
