Went and opened checking and savings account, they recorded the wrong amount. Moved money repeatedly from savings to checking for no reason. 100% incompetent people and institution.

ICANNOT FIND A PHONE # FOR THE BRANCH ON 333 BROADWAY IN COUNCIL BLUFFS IA ON LINE, AND THE 800 # TO GET THAT LOCAL TRANSFER IS OVER 8 MINUTES LONG. THIS IS IRRESPONSIBLE METHODS TO TRY TO DEHUMANIZE THE PROCESS OF BANKING TO SAVE A FEW DOLLARS AND COST THE CUSTOMER THE LOSS OF EASE TO REACH A LIVE TELLER FOR RESPONSE TO A QUESTION. THIS IS THE REASON I AM INSISTING ON MY WIFE CLOSE ALL OF HER/OUR ACCOUNTS IN THE NEXT 90 DAYS.
