Originally, I chose to seek a loan through Wells Fargo (Uhler Road, Forks township) due to my current credit card I have with them & their close proximity to my residence. After having a delightful experience with Banker Bujar Rama during the application process I felt hopeful about securing a personal loan and possibly establishing a future relationship with the Financial Investments section. However, I am exceptionally unpleased with this entire loan application process. Rather than a transparent process they have made this a circus where one needs to jump through hoops. As requested I provided the most recent Pension statement as they are only distributed quarterly (APR - JUNE 2021), I even went beyond there request and provided my additional rental income receipts and my current Tax Documents. I more than meet the required credit score and income requirements for this loan. Who doesn't have debt but to ask for documents that were already submitted is nerve-wrecking at the least. Especially when you clearly didn't look at the documents. Additionally, the secured email system is beyond problematic, It rarely recognizes my personal information. This process has been unprofessional, slow and unnecessarily arduous. I'm very disappointed in their treatment and no longer want to continue with this personal loan application.
Hopefully in the future you can implement a more user friendly and reliable communication system.

So my bank statements with wells fargo was very good. I have a joint account with my husband and my savings was excellent with earning onterest. My husband had a legal order of child support and i only got involved in this because my name was also in joint account so wells fargo did the proper thing. So i had to adjust and open up an account on my own. i went to this branch is cassekberry florida and the spanish speaking banker LISETTE LISBON told me she cannot open an account under my name cause WELLS FARGO DONT WANNA DO BUSINESS WITH ME ANYMORE. kind of rude and bitchy attitude for a mere banker of sales like her when she didnt even open the account for me in the beginning. She speaks in behalf of the company herself. A compalint was filed on the corporate office of this rude banker in casselberry. FYI MS. LISETTE LISBON, i can still open my account. SHE WAS JUST A SMART ASS trying to not show she doesnt have the capacity to open my account. SHE SHOULD HAVE SENT ME TO CORPORATE OFFICE INSTEAD IN SAN FRANCISCO, CA. SINCE i opened my account there and she doesnt even know. What pisses me off, is she closed my account and by passed my right to say i dint wanna close my acvount. Do not open an acciunt with this LISETTE LISBOA here in casselbery. She is judgmental and she dont know and acts like she knows everything. Corporate office of WELLS FARGO already told me i can still open my account in another branch. And they themselves suggested i transfer to another branch if i wanna open an account. Be warned never to open an acciunt with a Spanish banker LISETTE LISBOA. always ask for manager when dealing with this branch. Unfortunately, Well Fargo changed its online site and it looks like a video game--hard to find balances, let alone do your banking. I have heard that the feedback has been terrible and am confused why Wells Fargo made this change . It is awful enough that we have reverted to paper statements that are readable and are looking at other banks after banking with Wells Fargo for 20 years. The Wayzata branch has a wonderful staff and I will be sorry to leave them, but the corporate office clearly is misdirected. Advice to corporate office: fire your product team.

The staff have an issue in treating other staff members with equal respect. There is favoritism among staff members. I witnessed an employee pushed to the point of crying due to her coworkers not trying to cooperate nor listen to her when a problem occurred and she could not do the task she was asked to perform due to something being out of her control. I also noticed all the negative treatment was pinpointed to her. This upset me greatly, because coworkers need to respect each other and not make the environment hostile to another coworker. I think this problem needs to be handled immediately with this review. If the problem continues, I will feel the need to contact the branch manager and complain. If I owned the Wells Fargo company, I would be most displeased to find out people who are employed by one of my establishments are treating their coworkers in such a rude manner.

I only have deposit boxes here. As it is the closest bank to my home.
One out of 7 times I get right in and out. Hit invariably just to get into my box: I have to wait 7-25 minutes. It really makes pulling valuables in and out of the box a big drag. I have tried to make an online appt to do this: but the officer who I had the appt with shamed me and said that was NOT what Appts are for.
I would just like pleasant, relatively quick service here
The staff all keep bumming me off to underlings because they don't want to do it. It might help also if they would clean up and organize their security box vault. It is disorganized and the signature files are a mess. It looks like no one Cleans or organizes this area ever.
So far, I am tolerating this. But if things cintinue, as is: I will love my stuff elsewhere.

Take your valuables while you can. I am a customer since 1971 and at the branch in Roselle Park, NJ, they lost my signature card because of their archaic index card system and I have been waiting now for 2 weeks. They will not allow me to access my safety deposit box, even though I have the two keys and box number. As a matter of fact with all the bank changeovers, they now have no record of linking the box to any of my accounts. They are researching and researching and never return my calls. They actually asked me if I have any paper proof! From 40 years ago! There is no customer service here. They do not care. I have some very valuable and irreplaceable things inside and this is so upsetting, it is making me physically ill. The only reason I stay with Wells Fargo is because of my personal banker who is wonderful -- he is not at this branch. If it weren't for him I would be out of there.

question don't know if you would know but I was wondering I have a boyfriend that told me that he has like five account at Wells Fargo and said that his tenant and the apartment above him that he rents out to works at his bank and said he knows that she knows what's in one of his account but she should not even know if a person works in a bank and purposely look up your account and knows what you have including possibly one of his mothers accounts she transfered can this girl that rents from him and is a teller be able to do that??

The Tanglewood Branch of Wells Fargo in Roanoke, Va seems very unorganized and the staff there acted like know-it-alls.
They were talking to a woman, myself, with over 22 years experience in personal banking and finance. Yet they kind of talked down to me, as if I did not know what I was talking about. The girl I first met with was a Brandy Setliff, and then another of her colleagues whom I did not catch their name. The reason I did not catch their name was because they never told me. How unprofessional, right? Thats just the beginning.
The Setliff girl started things out in completely the wrong way by not addressing me properly, and not asking me the right questions. She seemed untrained and was a little rude.
After I was handed off to her colleague, I was not treated any differently, though they did start asking the right questions and they did address me as Ma'am. So it wasn't terrible, though they could have introduced themselves.
I am compelled to give an average rating here because of the treatment I received. If they want to continue with good service in the future they need to do things differently here, and address others with respect. Thats my suggestion and I would request this be forwarded to the bank manager.

Although I found Wells Fargo to be competitive with other banks and businesses I found the "officer" staff to be less than average in thier knowledge. For instance a notary that does not know what they can or cannot notarize; a financial officer that calls the customer and makes an appointment then is a no show and or the probable person does not remember making the appointment.
The tellers and the genteman stationed (standing)near the door appear friendly and knowledgable.
The tellers seem to know their jobs better that the officers do their's. Unoccupied tellers will greet a customer when they enter the bank and ask if they can help. I don't remember tellers doing this in any other bank-usually they just stare and wait for a customer to approach.
The employee (greeter?) that stands "guard" near the door by a tray of unappealing cheap cookies is large/tall and reminicent of bouncers in movies (his station, standing near the door enforces this erroneous impression). The gentleman is pleasant and helpful if one speaks to him but appears intimidating-was that the bank's intention in choosing this person for the job-whatever that job is? Would a short thin man or a woman not meet the job description?
Overall the bank as a whole, does not appear to be very customer orientated;from the hostile (bright red and yellow) color scheme of the "wild west" logo to the mundane, bland office deco and matching overall human factor.
It is pleasant to discover the friendly and helpful tellers and "greeter" as opposed to the officer level employees.

Besides a couple of their employees that have been sincerely nice tome whenever I see them, there were two incidents that made me question their overall customer service quality.
This happened awhile ago. Somehow the year I was born was incorrect (after years of it being the right date) and a teller noticed it didn't match my license DOB. At that time I had a paper license as I was waiting for mine in the mail. He said they couldn't change it without my actual license card. He did ask for help from a higher person. What bothered me the most from the guy and the lady that helped him was that I could tell they assumes I was a fraud by the way they looked at me. Their computer showed I was 27 years old, I dont even look like Im 21! A few weeks later I happen to be sitting at one of the desks with a lady and she noticed the same DOB error. I mentioned what happened at the teller and she told me I could use my passport to correct my DOB. And next time I went in I looked for her and I did just that.
More recently.. I went in with my newborn carrying just her carseat in with me. I felt it wasn't necessary to take out the stroller for a quick stop to deposit some money. The teller was friendly. She asked about my daughter and my experience with motherhood as this is my first child. As I was leaving, two ladies stood next to eachother talking and leaning against the cubicle walls by the line entrance. I looked at them as I walked toward the door and said bye. They stopped their conversation for a second to say bye back and continued talking to eachother. All other times I went in while I was pregnant, if there was someone standing the door area, they kindly opened the door to let me out. It would have been nice for one of those two ladies to have opened the door for me. I mean I had no trouble doing it myself but if I saw a lady carrying her baby in a car seat and the doors didn't open automatically, I would have been waiting to hold the door open as she made her way out. It's the little things that count when it comes to customer service.

Besides a couple of their employees that have been sincerely nice tome whenever I see them, there were two incidents that made me question their overall customer service quality.
This happened awhile ago. Somehow the year I was born was incorrect (after years of it being the right date) and a teller noticed it didn't match my license DOB. At that time I had a paper license as I was waiting for mine in the mail. He said they couldn't change it without my actual license card. He did ask for help from a higher person. What bothered me the most from the guy and the lady that helped him was that I could tell they assumes I was a fraud by the way they looked at me. Their computer showed I was 27 years old, I dont even look like Im 21! A few weeks later I happen to be sitting at one of the desks with a lady and she noticed the same DOB error. I mentioned what happened at the teller and she told me I could use my passport to correct my DOB. And next time I went in I looked for her and I did just that.

I have had a checking and savings at the Sacramento area Gold River Branch for many years. Opened a new checking account at the Sacramento North Natomas branch and asked them to add my new account to my ATM card which I was told was done. Also asked that my original checking account remain the primary account on the card. Still got a new card in the mail so I registered my new card and destroyed the old card. Went on a trip and when I tried to use the card it said it was declined. I called Wells Fargo to see if maybe they linked my new account as the primary. They did. They changed that and told me I could continue to use the card as a credit card, but to wait 2 days before using it as an ATM card to get cash. 6 days later now it still doesn't work and tells me my pin is incorrect which I know I didn't change. Wells Fargo tells me I have to go into a branch to get this fixed even though they screwed it up and I'm a 3 hour drive from a Wells Fargo where I'm located during my travels. This was a comedy of errors and I will be changing banks when I get home. No more. I've had enough.

Being a customer there for 8 years, the Staff has always had attributes of the condescending with socialistic nature. Insulting remarks that can seem innocent at times and others that are just right wrong from their side of the counter. Having to live with their remarks, I am now in the place I am not letting them go with them UN-notced! The other bank I have banked at for 30 years have dealt their have way and beyond their treatments. If not for Family members that I have to deal with on a monthly basis, I would not go there again! This bank is a wonderful bank , except we have a few staff people that are racist against Hispanic people. There is a skinny black guy .. .He is so racist , he treats you like you are garbage. He is very rude and he gets you checks and says he has deposited them and turns out he decides to deposit them in another account. That happened to me and after 3 days and me talking to the manager I got things fixed but the manager seemed like It was whatever. I HAVE TO PAY MY BILLS AND THIS GUY didn't seem to care , the manager or him never apologized for the inconvenience..... They will take their time and be rude to you .. and never apologize !!! I am not going to have that guy check my bank account anymore! as for the other employees , they are wonderful people !! ...

The mortgage officer is rude and a waste of time which is too bad because we took our business elsewhere for a home loan, her loss... BUT Kayce is an amazing teller, and the only reason I keep coming back to this location. Probabably the most pleasant and professional person in that building. At least they did something right :)
