Refused to notarize a document for a son who just lost his father in an accident and needed to get the form to release the vehicle notarized. Was referred to the bank and was refused to have the notary service merely because was not a bank customer. This young man had just flown in from Illinois to take care of business for his father's death. For a bank that claims to be "a real community bank" it is so NOT that. I would never consider becoming a customer of this bank now nor anyone i know or encounter!
