For the last two years I have had no complaints about this branch. Staff has always been courteous and helpful including the tellers at the drive thru.

Give credit where it's due. There's a lady named Dava Stiles at the Dallas Bay branch and she wrote the book on customer service. Great job. There are a lot of people at the other branches in Hixson TN who could learn a lot from her because they behave like prima donnas doing you a favor when they help you.
