I have had a bad history with banks, as I have no patience and am very rude to tellers (I threw a shoe at the Wells Fargo teller once). At TD they treat me like the king I know I am but my wife doesn't seem to get. They know me by name and thank me for their service. Everyone goes out of their way for my business, as they should since I am a loyal customer. They even refunded me an overdraft charge when my account went into the negative.

Been with the Westtown PA branch for two years. I feel like part of the family. I'm always met with a smiling face from the diverse and friendly staff. I particularly like the lovely English lady Erica on the drive thru and her partner Brian - they are always pleasant and kind and patient and make you feel better about your day - poor things, they have to work every holiday as well!
