I've been going here for 8 years+ and I've never had a problem with them.
Oviously the only people who wrote reviews are the ones with a bad experience because they are the problem to begin with.
 Great staff, friendly and always knolageable about what's going on and how to help us customers. They have helped me when other banks haven't.
This bank deserves 6 stars if possible. Go check em out for your self I'm possitve they will be the wellsfago you go to.

I've been banking here for years.  I started with this branch when it was still First Union.  When it merged with Wachovia I thought they did a super job transitioning.  Now that it's Wells Fargo, I'm still impressed with the tellers / manager but I am not so happy with Wells Fargo.  I think it's inferior to Wachovia and the services they offer do not appear to be inferior.  Still, I am not switching to another bank.  I really appreciate the smiles, attention and overall service the employees provide. Plus they know my name which I also appreciate.

As I waited on hold I began reading the numerous negative reviews online and my concern for resolving the problem with my checking account rapidly mounted.   Thanks to God for always watching over me and for putting just the right people in my path.  Lisa, the branch manager, could not have been friendlier and more helpful.  She patiently listened to my concern, explained to my satisfaction, how the problem occurred and then took the necessary steps to resolve the problem.  I could not have asked for a friendlier, more genuinely helpful person.  Any thoughts I had of moving my account are gone.  If anything, I will close my C&S and Bank of North Georgia accounts .
Let me say also, I spoke with two separate associates via the 1-800 number prior to calling the Carrollton branch and they too were very helpful.  Keep up the good work Wachovia!!!

I have been with branch 10 years
Always very helpful. Helped set up kids accounts as well, and online banking.
Personal bankers great, but turn over and get promoted so always have to learn someone new, but still good.

I go to the location in Surprise, AZ on Reems & Waddell. I have visited other locations (like the on up the street in Fry's store) but have never been treated as well as at this location. I am always greated with a smile everytime i walk in, the manager even knows me by name. the tellers are great and the banker that helps is always informative. This is the best bank in the world.

I have dealt with Wells Fargo for years for my personal mortgage banking and have always received solid and reliable professional service.  A year ago I began handling banking for an elderly aunt and was so impressed by her Wells Fargo branch (in another state) that I transferred all her accounts to their care.  Then I began working with this local branch to consolidate my aunt's financial investments and they helped me make it as streamlined and trouble free and cost free as possible.  The cage tellers are always very polite and meticulously accurate in their duties.  All branch employees are always able to offer additional services for convenience, to reduce fees and costs and overhead, improve return, etc.  Exceptional service at this branch!

I was in the drive thru making a deposit and a teller by the name of Johnathan helped me out. He told me that I was getting monthly service fees in my checking account and told me to sit down with a personal banker to get them waived and change my accounts. I never thought there would be people that would care about that. THANKS!

I've been with Wells Fargo for a loooonnnng time and everytime I go into my neighborhood Highlands Branch, I feel like the actually care. Most times I could care less but its my money and I want to be treated well. They do and always handle their business. Tight branch.

I went to the bank and I had a issue with my checking account.  Robert Kuo is one of those amazing people that save the day.  He is very patience and kind.  He helped me resolve a the serious problem.  He is wondeful.  I just want to thank you. I recommend everybody to ask for him

Excellent bankers and tellers, every one at this location seems to be very educated and polite, they always ask me if I would like to drink coffee or water while I am sitting in the lobby. I love each single banker, they are very knowledgeable, A very handsome, exotic banker help me convert my chk account to waive the monthly fee and helped set up my bills online... I just love this branch

At first I thought all these terrible reviews were for my branch in Hutto, TX and then I noticed they were from other states and that makes me feel better, because I love my branch. The girls in there are always so sweet and remember me when I come in, even if it's been a while, how do they do that? There's hardly ever a wait and anytime I've had an issue, they took care of it right away. I definitely recommend them.

It is very unfortunate to hear Blondee and others perspective of Wells Fargo Bank. It seems these customer's reviews were less than optimal and the time they took to write the review reflects it. However, it is my experience that differed greatly thanks the first couple of reviews I read about. My experience with Wells  Fargo today was palpable. Even before entering the bank's lobby I received warming smiles and pleasant gestures from the staff. Their inviting smiles and quick responses to my needs are commendable. The time I spent exchanging information was not systematic but relational. Our interaction and exchange of information went smooth. In particular, I noticed special attention to detail and relentless determination to helping me achieve my financial needs.
