I have banked with every Wells Fargo in Wasilla but every time I have experienced rude tellers with a management team that lacks customer service. While on a recent visit I explained my issue with a member of a management team and Jennifer laughed at the customer service I received and then informed me if I didn't like it I could take all my money and go to another bank. If you want good customer service where people treat you like you mater bank in Wells Fargo at Wall Mart.

I have to first say that most of the tellers and bankers are very nice and super helpful. I have been going to this location a long time and they had recently got a new manager who is absolutely rude to me. I had got a fee on my checking account and asked the teller what I should do, he knew me pretty well since I had been going to this location a long time he said he wasn't sure but I could sit with a banker. Even before I was able to sit with a banker the manger jolted to shake my hand and ask what was wrong, which nothing was wrong the teller was doing his job and was very helpful I started to tell him about this random fee that I had got and he said they couldn't do anything and the teller shouldnt have told me to sit with a banker and that he was sorry, that came off pretty rude in my eyes because I still needed to sit with a banker to discuss other things and he said they were busy and I should just come back another time. I have been going to the location a long time  and to be told basically that I wasn't welcome and to just come back was ridiculous because I was willing to wait. I just haven't been receiving the best customer service experience lately because of this new manager.

IF YOU ARE A NON-US CITIZEN DO NOT APPLY FOR A WELLS FARGO CREDIT CARD FROM THIS BRANCH. THEY REJECTED MINE ON THE GROUNDS THAT I WAS NOT A US CITIZEN EVEN WHEN THEY SENT ME AN INVITATION TO APPLY FOR A CREDIT CARD. PLUS I HAD A GOOD CREDIT SCORE (700+) AND OTHER CREDIT LINES TOO. DON'T BE DECEIVED IF THEY TELL YOU YOU HAVE BEEN PRE-APPROVED FOR A CREDIT CARD. MORE OFTEN IT IS ONLY AN "INVITATION" AND NOT A "PRE-APPROVAL". THE EMPLOYEES DO NOT KNOW THE DISTINCTION BETWEEN THE TWO AND USE IT INTERCHANGEABLY. THEY WILL ENCOURAGE YOU TO APPLY KNOWING VERY WELL THAT YOU ARE NOT A US-CITIZEN AND LATER WHEN YOU GET REJECTED THEY WILL TELL YOU THAT WELLS FARGO NEVER ISSUES CREDIT CARD TO NON-CITIZENS. Avoid coming here at all costs. They have lied to me every time I have gone in. My credit card processor was supposed to be 1.9% interest, it was over 9% per transaction.  My credit card for purchases was supposed to be 7%, it was 26%. I was supposed to have a ten year term for my loans, they gave me a 5 year. The service manager here is always rude. They were costing my business over $2K a month.  STAY AWAY

Do NOT go to this branch at all costs, the customer service is completely horrid. They don't want to deal with customers, the branch manager DAN I believe will just direct you to another branch because he "Cant process the request". Which was false after verifying with Wells Fargo.  SO there you go. Avoid the laughable employees here at all costs and take your money to a credit union. I sure will be.

The above is the location of my complaint. Susan is the customer service manager.
This complaint regards 2 occurrences regarding Susan the service manager for this Wells Fargo location. I have recently switched financial firms and the last 3-4 months I have not obtained income. I obtained a paper check as my first check and went to the bank to cash it/deposit on 02/07/2013 so I could get caught up on bills etc. Due to the size of the check I was told I couldn't access all of the money by 02/19/2013. I was told this was due to my "banking history" and "low income/bad reputation.I was also told my average deposit per year is 500 dollars. That is not true at all. Maybe for the last 3 months. If you look at my 2 year history for 2012-2013 my average deposit is 8-16k . I make over 100k a year and being told I lack financial stability is absurd. I was also told that the only way they could override this is if they "know me very well" according to Susan. I look younger than my peers and feel I have been discriminated. Not having much income for 3-4 months and to top it off a Bank withholding MY money for another 14 days is insane. I have never seen anything like this and according to my peers they have never experienced this either. I will be switching banks and will no longer recommend Wells Fargo to my clients and friends. Stay away from this local branch because you will only deal with poor service and disgruntled underpaid workers.

What should have been a very simple phone conversation with my local Indian Hills branch turned out to be a business nightmare. When the banker couldn't answer my question, I asked to be transferred to someone who could help me and I was transferred to a calling center out-of-state. The person at the calling center redirected me to the Indian Hills branch to another banker and I had to explain my situation a third time only to find out that the person I needed to speak with was out of the office until Tuesday. The staff at the Indian Hills branch lack decision making skills and banking experience which is why I have chosen to move my money to a bank with employees that I can trust and rely on when I need them. I stuck with them through the Southtrust-to-Wachovia merge and through the Wachovia-to-Wells Fargo merge. Through each merge, this branch has lost a degree of customer service and appreciation.

I have come into the branch office twice to have my safe deposit closed.  Clerks were friendly and apparently helpful but I am told I must write a letter to have the account closed or go to the office (which is another trip across town).  On another occasion another clerk enrolled me in an equity program without my knowledge.  This is most inconvenient and inefficient --  almost enough to stop doing business with Wells Fargo.

I live in the downtown area and bank with Wells Fargo. I have never before experienced such dissatisfaction with customer service. I have been to this branch several times and always through the drive up. Every single time, the employees have never failed to deliver excessive wait times. I have had to wait 15 plus minutes every single time with only a single vehicle in front or even while sitting at the screen waiting for someone to even indicate that they have seen me. From now on I will drive across town to another branch to receive service. No, you will not see me next week.

I walked in there to cash a check I did not have a account basically was attacked by people trying to open a new account start new loans they wouldn't take no for an answer so finally I agree to listen and give them my name and information tential a changing over to a business loan from one bank to possibly Wells Fargo didn't hear nothing back from him also can I get the debit card in the mail and a letter stating that I had a new account with checking and savings which I did not authorize or approve of that place is a joke the people there are rude obnoxious and unprofessional the whole staff to be fired and real stablished that is the worst excuse for Wells Fargo Bank of ever seen especially the gal sitting by the door and claims to be a loan officer

The slowest bank I have ever encountered.  I waited 15 minutes to make a simple deposit with only one car ahead of me.  It is the same inside the bank.  They may have one teller that can actually count money.  When I called the bank to speak with the branch manager he was not available and when I asked to be put through to his voicemail I was told he does not have voicemail.  To add insult to injury the slow teller tries to smooth over his ineptness by telling everyone to "have a blessed day"

I am reviewing the customer service of the store manager Jon Wall, (his name tag says his title is store manager). I went to ask about a problem I see with our credit balance. He told me he cannot see that on his system, he asked me what credit product I have. I showed him the credit product I have on my phone, and he said he does not know the name of the product and cannot give me number to call. He also said he does not have the product and I should know the name of the product because I have it. After a while he got a tel and write that down, I started to question his manager knowledge and he asked "Do you want the number" and I asked him if he was threatening me. He told me he is not threatening me and questioned me why I said that. No where in my dealing with him did he ever say thank you, sorry. The customer is not always first. This bank lied before twice with regards to our mortgage application, debited our checking account with a service fee when the account does not warrant fees. This bank stonewalls and refuses to help customers. The worst bank I ever have in my life to date. I have banked with Citi and smaller banks, never have I banked with such a unethical bank. When we applied for a mortgage, they charged our credit as a cash advance for an appraisal when that should be charged as a credit; they have the galls to say they cannot reverse the transaction and make that a credit transaction instead of a cash advance. If I can give them cow dung as rating , I would do so.

Wells Fargo is a revolting bank. They have no regard for their customers other then bank fees. They just take and take and make no effort to help those who need it. They are only there to help those who have a ton of money already and not there to help those who actually need help. I am completely disgusted by the people that work here and the policies that govern. I will tell anyone and everyone that will listen to choose wisely when banking. Choose someone who actually listens and cares for their patrons.

Went in to see about a a HELOC.  Tried to tell me the rate was the regular rate PLUS prime!

They are the ones who corrupt society. I know for a Godly fact that I was severely wronged by this franchise, more than once. Check the FDIC, MAKE SURE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY. Been a customer since 1969, but "IN ALL DUE RESPECT" (repeated 15 times by Wells Fargo Corporate employee), "there is no one higher who will speak with you."

I was calling the Corporate Office because none of the branches had a Manager who would speak with me - the low life customer.  Right now, I hate Wells Fargo.

Called to see if a charge to my account could be waived due to a mistake on another party, which in returned charged me. Bank manager was rude and told me that this was my problem and maybe I should keep better track of things. Just to say I will find another bank that actually wants to help it's customers.

They want the client know everything is impossible u got to help too,and there is not atm near u gott to find a bank to dont charge that ironic because its obligue that you gonna take money from a otgher atm and they charge u a lot ,you they got to make more atms different places and too much abusive they want everything and nothing for the client why? If your a bank u supposed to pay clients for have our money there tss no charge me for everything
