Westland Branch
Not fast paced and had a hard time multi tasking at
the drive thru.. I was waiting for over 10 minutes and it was another car and mine!!!

I went in to cash my check been going there for years. Never wanted an account had one at wells fargo. Then I notice this well dressed young man (Sheik) who asks me why? Then started asking questions about whats matters to me. The $5 dollar fee never bothered me. He really listened to my needs! He is well educated and very bright for his age. I've read a lot of bad reviews and some I think is people being true but this new banker is something else. I opened an account with him and he followed up with me to make sure I was satisfied. We got into financial planning and retirement for future needs I may have. I have told all my neighbors and friends about this kid. If you want a banker with a soul and whos interested in helping you save money and make some, Go see Sheik! One truly suprised and satisfied customer.

I've gotten to work with my local branch of US Bank, and they have been everything I could have ever dreamed of in a bank. They help me courteously, promptly, and offer suggestions to help me save money on interest and fees for both my current accounts and accounts I have with OTHER BANKS! I would recommend US Bank to anyone located near a US Bank branch. You wont regret it.

They help me courteously, promptly, and offer suggestions to help me save money on interest and fees for both my current accounts and accounts I have with OTHER BANKS! I would recommend US Bank to anyone located near a US Bank branch. You wont regret it.

I have personal and business accounts with USbank.I bank at 17th and State, but do a lot of business at the Idaho fairgrounds. This branch is convenient to do business. HORRIBLE SERVICE - HORRIBLE MANAGER - THIS LOCATION SHOULD CLOSE! - USELESS - 0 STARS

This branch of US Bank is COMPLETELY RIDICULOUS. CLOSE YOUR ACCOUNT AND TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE! DON'T BOTHER OPENING ONE HERE! They have the rudest, most unprofessional so called "assistant manager" named BLANCA HERNANDEZ. She is undertrained, miserable and sick of her own life. I simply went in there to withdraw $1,000.00 -- (She acted like I was robing the place blind) --- She treated the incident like I was applying for a mortgage loan, verifying this and that and taking like 15 minutes to check this and that (When MY Teller was handing me the money, she acts like a super employee and harasses the customer, ran from her station to my teller and interrupted as the money was being handed to me (Which means he already verified everything) --
I was trying to take MY OWN MONEY OUT....how dare you hassle me!!!! I had more that enough to still cover that amount AFTER the withdrawel, the funds WERE CLEARED and available! Her behavior was disgusting toward a CLIENT! I WOULD LOVE TO SEE THIS LOCATION CLOSE. They are useless. There are no customers, they have nothing to do other than pretend they are working! They waste your valuable lunch break and time! The parking is inconvenient (What parking - you even pay for that with the meter), their service is TERRIBLE - I will most likely close my account because of BLANCA HERENANDEZ and take my money elsewhere! I WILL NEVER GO TO THIS USELESS BRANCH! I don't even want to deal with people like her. Whatever happened to QUALITY CUSTOMER SERVICE? She doesn't even know how to speak to a customer in a delightful manner. She is not qualified for her position and gives the bank a bad name!
In the end I went to my normal US Bank branch and had NO PROBLEM obtaining MY OWN MONEY!

I been waiting for nearly 6 months now for US Bank to process 3 of my loans. All paper work was signed and submitted, then they have been help in processing for months with no update of ETA. I am so frustrated that I plan to close my personal accounts, business accounts, and take my loans elsewhere.

US bank is a good bank for you if you have a lot of money in your accounts. If your balances are high, you will be alright and you will be treated as a good client.
On the other hand, if you live paycheck to paycheck and don't have much of a balance, you will be stung with fee after fee. Even though congress changed some of the laws regarding banks, they have found new ways around them. You will be nickeled and dimed. You will pay checking acct fees, fees for inactivity, etc. And prayers to you if you end up in overdraft. You will never recover the fees.
While the employees at this particular location are nice to work with, it is USBank policy that is not.

I have both business and personal checking accounts at US bank. As a good customer, I would expect reasonable service which I had with the previous branch manager, Shashi. I hadnt yet met the new branch manager until I had an issue with my business account and could not get the branch manager to return my phone calls. I left work early to go to the bank in person and the teller asked me if I could wait to speak with me. After an hour of waiting, the teller came out and said that he was busy with a phone call and he would call me. I insisted I would wait but they said he would not have time to meet with me to discuss my business banking issues. It felt very intentional, he never called after i wasted my time.

I usually don't do this kind of thing, but I think it is important to know that US Bank as an entity is bad, but the service at this bank reinforced it 100% I stood at their "desk" where you wait to speak with a banker. No one helped, but there was one teller not helping a customer, an employee that walked right past me, and another two "bankers"/employees who were talking to each other at a desk. I was in plain sight of all of these employees!
I had to approach the teller who wasn't helping a customer that I needed to speak to a banker. I then was directed to their "lobby" to sit while I waited for a banker to help me. Keep in mind I was seated 20 feet from the two employees talking to each other at one of their desks, again I was in plain sight of all of these employees. When the two talking at the desk were finally done talking with each other (5 minutes later) I was approached by one of them. Super disrespecful!

I have been banking with US Bank now since they took over from Downey Savings. I have only ever had a GREAT experience. I continue to be impressed with their courteous, helpful, knowledgeable and very friendly staff. My brach is in the Marina del Rey, Ralph's supermarket, however I have received equally great service at every branch. I even purchased my home mortgage from US Bank. I have no idea what these bad reviews are all about. I guess you get back what you put out.

BEWARE OF THIS LOCATION!!!!

DO NOT EVER GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT!!! I went in to this location and was put with the personal banker Rebecca Bishop, she didn't even greet me, had an open beer bottle on her desk and messed up a huge lump sum of money of mine! She had no idea what she was even doing (I am assuming because of her lack of professionalism with an open beer bottle at her desk)and still proceeded to attempt the task at hand. She didn't listen to thing I told her that I wanted to do and ended up screwing up my entire bank account and changed my credit cards without my permission. I called the Customer Service line when I had realized a huge lump sum of money that was no longer there and an increased credit limit that wasn't approved be me, I told them the process she went through with me and they told me what she had done was COMPLETELY WRONG and that I needed to start the whole process over, as a professional who works full time, I do not have time to make it during regular business for like them, I am working. So I called the brand manager, he was completely rude to me on the phone, said he had no idea how to fix her mistake and that he didn't know the proper process as well, and he denied she was drinking on the job when I confronted him about that because it lacked professionalism. He tried making excuses up for this lazy, incompetent worker and in the end, nothing was resolved...If you want a huge headache and your money lost, by all means stop at this AWFUL BRANCH!

i have been having issues with this bank ever since i opened an account with them,i opted in which means that if u are in a emergency and need to write a check they will cover it ,WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THAT ITS UP TO THE BANK TO DECIDE IF THEY WANNA COVER THE CHECK ,I HAD TO WRITE A CHECK FOR THIS REASON AND THE BANK DECLINED TO PAY IT NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES THEY DECIDED INSTEAD OF PAYING IN AND BILLING ME OVERDRAFT ONCE THAT THEY WOULD DECLINE IT ALL 3 TIMES SO THAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME A 35 $ OVERDRAFT FEE EVERY TIME THAT THE CHECK TRIED TO CLEAR SO THEY COULD RIP ME OFF FOR MORE MONEY. i have been having issues with this bank ever since i opened an account with them,i opted in which means that if u are in a emergency and need to write a check they will cover it ,WHAT THEY DO NOT TELL YOU IS THAT ITS UP TO THE BANK TO DECIDE IF THEY WANNA COVER THE CHECK ,I HAD TO WRITE A CHECK FOR THIS REASON AND THE BANK DECLINED TO PAY IT NOT ONCE NOT TWICE BUT 3 TIMES THEY DECIDED INSTEAD OF PAYING IN AND BILLING ME OVERDRAFT ONCE THAT THEY WOULD DECLINE IT ALL 3 TIMES SO THAT THEY COULD CHARGE ME A 35 $ OVERDRAFT FEE EVERY TIME THAT THE CHECK TRIED TO CLEAR SO THEY COULD RIP ME OFF FOR MORE MONEY. Horrible customer service. Promises they never deliver. They hold your big checks for too long before releasing funds. Especially the Sacramento Greenhaven branch. Even the manager promised to call me back regarding my account and he never did. Im changing banks for sure. Never had these issues with any other banks.

I think the tellers are a bunch of snooty @ssholes especially that short chubby one named april. I guess the tellers are very self entertaining, seem to enjoy treating customers like crap as if these tellers were perfect in their ways. They like pretending they are much better than you and I but they are nothing more than grocery store bank tellers- grant it, not exactly one's life goal or dream but they should, none the less, remain courteous and professional under their miserable circumstances. They are living the life they deserve and I will bank somewhere I don't have to put up with little demoralizing headgames..

In reading other comments about this US Bank located in Fallbrook, CA.,in the Albertsons market, I'm not supprised at the way I was treated. The tellers, Sabrine Mora and Ashley Mata think they know whats best for their customer althought there total real life experences can't be more than a few years between them. My experience with these two cost me a possible profit of over 10,000 because they thought that I, at 66 years of age, was incapable of knowing what I was doing when attempting to send 2300.00 to a friend of 45 years for a down payment to hold a motorcycle I was trying to buy and resale. Did I get any help from this bank? NO

The Puyallup US bank on Canyon road has horrible service. The co-manager Melinda is very disrespectful. She has very poor customer service skills. I have called about 5 times to resolve a issue and was told Meloney would call back. Well she never called me back. I could have had this issued resolved if I would have got a call back. Now I owe a ton of money to them....

The management and staff are very knowledgeable, have great attitudes and are friendly and exceptionally good at their jobs. They helped my wife and me through a difficult home equity application process. They knew the neighborhood I lived in and insisted on an appraisal at the bank's cost when the desk value came in low. They talked through the mitigation of risk issues with the underwriter in a debt consolidation setting. Ultimately got us a 90% Loan to Value Ratio allowing us to pay off all our credit card debt with a 15 year Home Equity Line of Credit. The interest rate was .35% lower that what was offered by a large competing bank for a small 70% LTV HE LOC. US Bank rocks and the staff at the Melrose branch is the best!
