First off, TD Bank has the highest, most ridiculous fees. That being said, this specific location sucks. Teller is so rude, doesn't say more than 3 words and just gives you dirty looks. Secondly, the place is huge... but they have 1 person behind a desk!! Waited for over an hour just to remove a maintenance fee, which shouldn't have been there in the first place. never again td bank. CHASE YOURE UP!!!

I have never had anything but great service at this branch. if anything they go overboard.

Tried to submit a proof of insurance. Escrow dept "never" received it, even after mailing it registered and having one of the branch office fax it over. After 4 months of sending the proof through various means, short of driving up to their office and hand deliver it, one of the customer reps was nice enough to take an email scan and forward it to their escrow dept. Now that the insurance is cancelled, you'd think they would correct the amount due, etc.
However, this is just the beginning of the nightmare. Now I have to deal with collections, who is threatening me with foreclosure, because they dont know how to recalculate and reassign payment amount. Having escalated twice, they dont call back, dont answer phone calls, etc.
This will be my last mortgage with TD bank and will never use any of their other services!
They are by far the worst bank ever.

PENNY ARCADE on Sixth Avenue and 43rd Street SHOULD BE TAKEN OUT!! If it is never working, then why have it. It is broken most of the week. Their system is very slow -- too many keys to hit. It is absolutely ridiculous how long I have to stand in front of a teller just for a savings deposit. I work across the street and never can use their Penny Arcade because it is always broken. Then I have to walk over to the Madison Avenue and 42nd Street TD Bank to use their Penny Arcade! I should have found another bank to do business with. I am very disgusted with this Bank on 43rd Street and Avenue of the Americas.

This is a free service for TD Bank Customers and i consider it a convenience feature for being a customer! I don't know of any other bank that has this feature. If your that dis-satisfied with this then roll your coins like everyone else has to do or go to another coin counter that take 10%. Then there would be something for you to complain about. 1 machine of over 1300 branches....hmmmm i would say they are doing a pretty good job!

I have always been surprised how well this and other TD banks work to eliminate problems. It's a pleasure dealing with the professionals here. The more convenient hours are a real advantage. The waiting time is short, and the service is friendly and efficient. Thanks for doing such a good job.

Everyone in the branch is terrific! I have never had to wait for a teller or manager. Even my daughter who does not like running ANY errands loves to come along since they always acknowledge her too. I never write reviews but I am impressed with everyone here! Great in person, telephone service can be a different story at times.

I went to this branch to make a deposit. While waiting online the assistant branch manager who looks so lazy sitting on his butt on the computer decides to screen across the lobby to a teller asking her what time she is planning on leaving, saying things like YOU ARE OVER YOUR TIME I felt so embarrassed for the teller who said back, I was helping a customer and as she is explaining he rudely says ok whatever just hurry up. I don't work for a bank, but clearly this guy needs to get a class on being professional and learn that there is a time and place to talk to employees. Before I left I saw his name on the door I think it was Nunez or something, horrible. Meanwhile the actual branch manager a blonde lady was on the far left.. On the computer doing nothing and said nothing. There were two male tellers very friendly. I feel bad for the girl teller, I know she was embarrassed.

I totally agree! I just had a very bad experience with a branch manager there Ms. Melendez or something close to that. Very very rude and inconsiderate person. I will be changing banks very very soon. I loved TD before today! What a shame.

Just recently went into the TD Bank on Franklin Avenue in Nutley. It was very busy on the desk side. A young handsome man was working the desk helping every customer. He made sure that every customer was attended to and got everyone in and out. I really admire his work ethic. I came in to open a checking account and he truly sold me on everything he offered while having a casual conversation. All around great person and recommend anyone that goes into TD Bank to sit down with him.

I love TD Bank. The best bank ever. They have great hours, great policies/ procedures and for the most part, great staff. WORST CUSTOMER SERVCE. I contacted customer service to speak to a manager because no one was able to speak with me about my deposit but the manager. When I called to speak with the acting Manager at 995 Morris Ave, I was on hold for 30 minutes, and when I called back to informed them, I was told the manager Liz left the building.
I have never had such rude customer service. I called again and was told by an assistant that they are no longer handling personal accounts that I should stop sending my deposits to the branch, I have been banking there for over 2 years. good thing I have an account at another bank. worst customer service at this branch.

If you live in or near Rutland, VT then I highly recommend TD Bank in Down Town Rutland (across from Walmart/move plaza). The staff, especially the manager Sandy, are so nice and helpful. They are people that really know their stuff and have been there for years. Trust me on this one, you will not be disappointed!

If you live in or near Rutland, VT then I highly recommend TD Bank in Down Town Rutland (across from Walmart/move plaza). The staff, especially the manager Sandy, are so nice and helpful. THE WORST BANKING EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE.I HAVE NEVER BEEN TREATED LIKE THIS AT A BANK IN MY LIFE.I WENT THERE TO DEPOSIT $600 AND THEY ASKED ME WERE DID I GET THE MONEY FROM AND THEY REFUSED TO HELPED ME .THE MANAGER WAS WORST THAN TELLERS SHE SIMPLY SAID " IF YOU DON'T LIKE HERE GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

This is the worst branch ever! Do not go here, the manager Sara is so rude and unprofessional. I went because they had charged me for unknown charges for an unknown reason. I went to branch and spoke to her about it, she said it was an error but to get reimbursed I need to go to the branch where I opened it which was in Fort Pierce, FL! She said I had to contact them or better go in person for my refund to my account. I called and since I was in MD they said no but then again I talked to a teller. I went back to branch and told Sara I could not travel to FL etc and she didn't show any remorse or try anything to keep me happy, she insisted only they could refund me. So I payed my $279 flight to FL when I got to the branch where I opened I spoke to Branch manager as you can imagine I am pissed at this moment and told her everything I had to do to get a refund on my account. She said I didn't need to travel to get that refund and she was shocked I was told that. She refunded my money. Then few monthes later I get 2 months charged for a maintence fee I was never informed about. Apartly since I am over 24 I don't qualify for student account anymore and they been charging me a fee last 2 months. I went into branch and Sara had to help me again and when I sat down I thought to myself I should have gone to another branch. I told Sara I came to close my account due to the charges she didn't try anything to keep me or even refund me anything. I was so discusted I even told her she wasent trying to make any effort in making me happy. And she said if you wanna close it.... so rude and unprofessional other banks try to fix the reason why you want to leave them, especially since your been a customer for years. WORST BANK IN HISTORY, no customer service at all.

I hate this bank. I have switched banks, but I left 200 bucks in my account in order to keep it active. I checked up on it today, and MAINTENANCE FEE AFTER MAINTENANCE FEE, my account balance is now $15. A bank used to be a place where people could put their money to grow, now it's a place people store their money if they like donating to an already massive bank.

Went to my safe deposit at the Fair Lawn, NJ maple avenue branch today and stood while the 2 employees chatted in front of me, while there were no other customers in the bank. i stood and waited and waited. Then when one finally decided the chat with her co-worker was 'completed' she then helped me get into the safe deposit vault. She then asked me for ID after I gave her my safe deposit number and the key. I have had this safe deposit for over 6 years and no one has asked me for ID. She told me it was routine. When i got the box out and then went in to return it SHE LEFT THE DOOR OF THE VAULT WIDE OPEN! I just walked right in and there were bags of change just sitting on a chair. When I left the vault i had to get her attention again (no customers in the bank just chatting away with her co-worker again). I then asked her to lock my safe deposit box. What terrible terrible service. STAY AWAY!

I love this bank! Everyone is so nice and always takes care of my needs. They are reliable and knowlegable. The tellers always great me with a smile and know my name. The management are friendly and they always make time to answer any questions I have. I deal mostly with the ASM and she is always looking out for me. She know I was looking into business accounts and called me when a really great account was available. Later that same day I was in her office signing up! I love that she took the time to remember that I was looking into a business account and call me to tell me about it. I am so happy she did as I lov heaving all my business transactions in one place. I will continue to stay with this bank and the customer service is amazing!
