I would give the Princeton, NJ store a zero star rating if I could. I normally use the Hillsborough, NJ store, which is really great, however, this store is a bit closer. However... every time I have used the Princeton store I have either been treated rudely by the young tellers, the relief management staff is completely useless, and some of the full-time staff gets it wrong more than not. All in all, this is the worst branch I have ever gone to in the entire TD bank system. I also know that due to poor management oversight, this store has found some of its tellers accessing private client information! Very poooor management!

I HATE HATE HATE this branch. Tellers are very slow, very rude, and never prepared. Even when I call ahead solely for a quicker visit, it does nothing. They NEVER want to pull money from the vault, and leave me standing there while their machines count out tens of thousands of dollars like I have no where else to be.. The line is ALWAYS long and they take FOREVER to do the simplest of tasks. There is nothing good about this location besides the ONE teller that is polite to me, Lisette. Irene is very rude and should NOT answer phones. I am always put on hold for such long periods of times and sometimes even forgotten and left hanging on the line for close to 30 minutes before I realize they aren't returning to the call. I cannot stress enough how much I hate this location, it's a sin that it is right down the road from me.

STAY AWAY! I applied for a loan, I was conditionally approved, they received all the paperwork with in a day. After 45 days they denied me ON THE EVENING OF THE LAST BUSINESS DAY BEFORE CLOSING stating that the income is not stable. They had the information for 45 DAYS! They also told me I should purchase house insurance, which I did. They made a fool out of me. Stay away from this bank, they do not care about customers what so ever. Any bank is better than TD Bank!

Phone numbers are listed on this site and on TD's website...did you try information (411)? You could always get a business card from the branch. Typically tellers are busy with people at the branch and I get better service via their 800 number support line. Always answered in under a minute...

I live in Georgia but travel to NYC every other month to tend to my mother's financial issues. The staff at this bank has ALWAYS been very friendly and helpful. GREAT attitudes even when the bank is packed. Your customer service is EXCELLENT.

I have used this bank in MA throughout the USA where available and now in MT. Pleasant. The folks there are fabulous and have even stayed past closing time to finish up with me. They are responsive when I call them on the telephone and remember me when I go inside and I haven't done that very often. Their statements are easy to read and usually correct which I cannot say about a lot of banks...If you have a problem, let the mgr. know and I bet it will be taken care of.

I swapped from bank of america because I could not stand the fees anymore. I went to TD Bank in Hampstead NH. I openned a business checking account. I made a deposit and went to get fuel or supplies for my job. The check took over a week to go through and the account went negative by $12 USD... By the time I went back to the Bank on Friday (only a few days) The account was at $310 negative because of a constant fee after fee. So I went in and said there is a check pending and I should of got $100 from that deposit as I have many many times before... It didnt show up until I went in and complained about it. They also wouldnt return any of the fees. The account was put back to positive and I walked away pissed but still keeping in mind, you need a bank account now adays. It seems like deposits go into their bank at times that will make them money in fees. if they see charges on the same day as a cash deposit, they will delay the deposit to be sure that they will get fees out of you. We then currently I deposited a check of a large amount for a big job I did. (about 2k) I had multiple people that needed to make payroll. Well the bank put a hold on the check to verify or some-crap like that, then told me it needed to clear through a longer system. I have been waiting over 2 weeks! So I have been going down there and calling randomly to see when to expect the money (keeping my cool) and they keep giving me a runaround and saying each other is not doing their jobs or not doing it correctly. I have one person who already has told me not to ask him to show up to work anymore. I called the customer (embarasingly) and told her the story, she checked and said the money was removed from her account the day she wrote me the check. I have talked to the branch managers and multiple people and finally last week (thursday) the lady told me to expect the money today (monday) and I called today and asked to speak to the person who gave me today as a date and the person who answered the phone (probably a teller) asked my name and said hold on. she came back and said she was tied up and would call me back (I have heard this every time i went into the bank and called and NEVER got a call) So this time I asked to speak to who ever was available. This time it was the branch manager. She answered the phone "Yes, [name]?" I asked when to expect the funds so I can write the checks to my guys. She said "I know that you have been told that today is the day." (angrily) "Your account is $xx.xx so it doesnt look like its there does it?" I said no, I just wasnted to know if it was definately today so I can tell my guys when to expect it. She then said "TD BANK HAS THE RIGHT TO HOLD YOUR MONEY ANY TIME THAT THEY WOULD LIKE. ESPECIALLY SINCE YOUR ACCOUNT ISNT OF HIGH VALUE TO THEM" I was floored, so here I am writing reveiws allll day to make sure my story is heard! I do not know if this is how the rest of TD is, but its not the most convenient bank for us, Its most convenient to them!

The TD Bank on the corner of Calhoun & East Bay Streets is by far the worst bank office of ANY bank I\'ve ever visited. Very poor customer service. The blonde in the very first office is the most rude person I\'ve ever had the displeasure of meeting, not to mention unprofessional and totally clueless. I needed to pick up some information for my boss who is their customer and she acted like she was bothered by me, couldn\'t find what was needed and then to top it off what she finally did give me was wrong. It is obvious that she has a problem with black people. I was told by another employee when this blonde walked away that they have had lots of complaints about her and her rude attitude. I will never step foot into this location again and my boss (who has probably 6 accounts, loans and almost a million or so on deposit with them) said he\'s sick of her attitude too and is ready to pull all of his accounts. I hope someone at TD realizes what a horrible, cold, unfriendly and RUDE person they have working here at this location!!!! I\'ll stick to First Federal. AT least the people there are nice and act like they have some professionalism.

I have tried calling the bank10 times in a span of 2 hours today. NO ONE PICKED UP THE PHONE!!! Yesterday I tried to call just as many times for just as long. No one ever picked up. The service is terrible. I opened a business checking account, and they never informed me that after a year the account would be charged. I asked them if it would be charged at any point when opening the account, and they flat out said NO!! They kept charging the account, and put it in the negative, and kept charging me for the negative account $35 A DAY AND NEVER CALLED OR INFORMED ME. Then when I went to the bank, they said they can't inform people if the account is in the negative BUT THEY CAN CHARGE IF IT IS!!!! There are serious issues with this bank. I will be closing my account as quickly as I can. Considering their track record so far this will probably take a week or more. Business owners beware!!! This is a money pit!!! They in no way support the community, and THEY'RE HOLDING OUR MONEY!?!?!?

Well I don't really know where to start. This branch is horrible and the costumer service it is very poor and unprofessional. The tellers are always on their personal cellphones. The managers are very low class and they seem to be upset that people are coming to this branch. They make you wait sometimes for almost 45 minutes to cash your pay roll check because they said all the time that this branch is propense for fraud PLEASE I WAS TRYING TO CASH MY PAYROLL CHECK FOR THE AMOUNT OF 130.00 USD. It is ridiculous they way they treat costumers there. I hope this comments really helps this FInancial INstitution to realize that we trust TD Bank and that's the reason why we do have our money on their hands. DO SOMENTHING ABOUT HIALEAH'S BRANCH BEFORE IS TOO LATE.

Well I don't really know where to start. This branch is horrible and the costumer service it is very poor and unprofessional. The tellers are always on their personal cellphones. The managers are very low class and they seem to be upset that people are coming to this branch. I really like TD bank because of its convenient locations and great customers service. When lost my Debit Card n the matter of minutes mine account was closed and I received the new one. The whole operation took just few minutes. I love this bank!!

i was with bank of america for 12 years and switched to td bank due to the fact that spamers somehow were stealing money from my account...anyways every time i go to do business at this location tellers are RUDE! they dont even greet you,i most times have to wait 30 mins for a teller to help me when im the only one on the line! after i started going to the franklin st location managers are not bad other tellers are nice but this indian lady sucks ass!shes rude and i cant understand what she says so i dont talk to her at all...i prefer the franklin st location over the concord st.so stay away from them.

I have had several very negative experiences dealing with the managers at this TD branch. Alan and Sonia have both made me feel like they don't have time to deal with a low balance customer like myself. They are rude and do not have the people skills required in this type of job. I went to Alan for assitance with an issue regarding my account today and his exact words were "I don't know what to tell you" (and he didn't even pull up my account to look at what I needed help with). I work in customer service myself, and I find this treatment unacceptable. I will never go back to that branch, I would rather drive further to Thomaston to get better customer service. Shame on them for charging so many fees and then treating people so poorly.

terrible liars and bafoons, their whole sysytem is designed to take your money through fees. They have two sets of books, one they present to you online and on the phone system that show money available, then one in the "back office" that shows negative balances accruing fee after fee. So you check you balance and see money available then a few days later they say no that wasn't really available, you should know our policy. Well, try to get any employee to explain the money availability policy you will get several different answers depending on who you ask. also the policy seems to be determined at the pleasure of the back office poeple with no consistancey or regularity as to when money is availble and why. I was even told if I depost cash, it is avialable for cash withdrawals but not for debit card use. HUNH?? they told me this with a straight face, and when ask again in front of their manager, tried to backpeddle and say she never said that. These people are incompetent at best and thieves at worst. The system is created to fleece the little guy. Most employees are too blind to see that or too self involved to care.

Was charged 3 overdraft fees for a total of $105.00. Nobody at either the customer service number OR my local branch could explain the charges nor would they refund them back to my account. I presented them with math & totals of transactions, along with statements. Regardless, they would not refund although the bank made the error when processing debits to cause the overdrafts. Their rebuttal was "You should've made another deposit to cover the amount in these such instances." WHAT?? I will be leaving & moving to another institution. Banks these days have some nerve!
