I just want to share my bad experience and the nightmare that TDBANK is giving to me...!!!...I got a call from TDBank Fraud Department telling me that one of TDBank’s Employees gave out my personal information (Name, Address, Social Security Number and Account Number ) without my consent to an unauthorized party...The Customer Service Representative at Fraud Department ( Named Ms. Stacy) whom I spoke with, told me that this happened “mistakenly or in purposely ”
I am very concerned about this situation and, I cannot believe that such Financial Institution can have such inexperience employees working and handling such sensitive information. Ms. Stacy tried to calm me down telling me that this “It Might Happened” and that this situation is under investigation, but it was too late because at the beginning of our conversation she clearly said, “That it happened”.
I am in state of shock to know that my personal information is out there in some criminal’s hand, and this is issue is causing such state of Intranquility and anxiety to me. I can not believe that this institution doesn’t has the proper security systems and resources to protects the identity of their customers and, I am demanding to have more information about this issue in what happened and how this happened.
Obviously TDBank don't know how to handle your personal information..How is possible this kind of leak!!!..This issue is creating such of state of anxiety and paranoid to my persona and I've been calling and sending letters to get a response in How this Happened and When...and all that they tell me that is "under investigation"...This is Scary!!!

Absolutely dreadful, went to withdraw some money, An oh so attentive teller, with the best of professionalism assisted me. Of course the system was slow, I found that out after asking her if there was a problem with my account. She was slumped in her seat, may have been tired given she looked pregnant. Asked me for my bankcard, which has never been the case with past checking withdrawals. Then of course the other tellers may have circumvented the rules or are not familiar with the rules. Seems like every TD Bank employee in the place regardless of the time of day, look annoyed, frustrated and ready to quit upon lunch break. Thank you is nonexistent. Why work if you feel so lousy? There are plenty of taxpayer dollars wasted on folks that refuse to work, TD Bank management you may want to add these useless folks to the dole.

I deposited cash on Thursday night and its Sunday and still nothing available. Im fairly certain they should have had the cash avalable on Friday when they processed the ATM. In my short two weeks at TD They have charged me 4 (four!) 35 dollar fees for a crazy reconciling system. I have had accounts for 39 years in many different banks and have never seen a bank like this. This is "America's most incompetent bank" I would love to give no stars but this is not an option.

I went to TD Bank on Calhoun and (I think) East Bay?
As soon as I walked in around 4:30- The bank was SLAMMED PACKED! I just needed a cashiers check and to deposit another check. The very friendly girl there named Tiffany(I think) Made sure that I was taken care of and was so very polite! She kept me occupied while everyone was being handled at once. I could not have asked for better customer service. Very polite, courteous, and thoughtful. I give them 10 stars!

Worst banking experience in my life, had an account for over a year and had a problem every time I stepped foot in that place. They aren't able to handle even simple things like depositing checks. The one plus was you don't have to wait online. It is always empty, probably because customers know better than to go to this branch. It feels like their goal is to frustrate you instead of helping you. They have caused me to change my bank altogether, and I'm much happier for it. If you must use TD, or you do not want to change banks like I did, just please for your own sake do not use this branch with these people. They are just mean-spirited and cold.

I opened up an account with TD last month after not being with a bank for a while. I get paid through direct deposit and my husband get checks from his employer. The direct deposit went through with no problems, funds available the moment it was deposited. My husband's check was another story.
We went in on a Saturday. I asked the very sweet lady at the desk how long will it take for this to clear as we have bills that need to be paid with this check. She assured me no later than Monday. Both my husband and I asked again while we were talking and made it clear that if it wasn't going to be available, we will cash the check at a check cashing place. We were assured funds would be available on Monday.
Monday came, no funds. Called local branch, got the run around. Called Tuesday, was told it would take 7 business days to clear bc of new account. I said ok, then WHY were we told otherwise...he had no answer. He did say funds will be available that Friday. Thursday checked online statement "Funds available in 2 business days". Ok, cool. So it won't be Friday but Monday I should be able to access the funds...WRONG!
It is now Monday and online statement STILL says 2 business days. WHAT?! Called bank AGAIN. They were confused bc funds should of been available on Friday like I was told. I was told I would get a call back in an hour bc he was going to call the "back office". Hour passes, no call. I call, He is busy, call back in about an hour. Called back in an hour...He is at lunch (at 2:40??). 4:00 called back...finally get him. Only to be told that he messaged (not called like he said he would) this "back office" and they said funds will be available Tuesday end of business if not Wednesday morning after 6AM. RIDICULOUS!!!
My husband is getting his next paycheck 2 days after this money (hopefully)clears...and he gets paid BI-WEEKLY! Funny thing is...it wasn't a large amount...it was a $385 check...We are cashing his next check at a check cashing place...bc lord only knows how long they will hold the next check.

Im surprised that people were unhappy here. I found that the Pelham branch so far is the best one out there. Everyone was nice, knowledgable.
The Scaresdale branch is the worst.

Opened an account at TD approx 2 years ago. Visited 3 times to make sure we deposited enough $ not to get fees and connected ck and sav. Come to find out we were charged every single month in both accounts. Called back office many times and each time they said accts are linked and no fees should be charged. Furthermore they are charging high enough fees that we are loosing $. We can not recommend this bank and do feel they falsely advertise themselves. Also always a wait at bank and no one does job correctly. Head teller and manager worked on uour account and they each got it wrong meaning still collecting fees. WATCH YOUR $ CAREFULLY WITH THIS BANK! DON'T LET YOUR CHILDREN OPEN ACCTS HERE AS THEY WILL LOOSE $!

Never again will I open a TD Bank Financial Group account. They tell you that you have overdraft protection and that if you transfer money within 24 hours into the account that you have over-drafted, that you will NOT be charged. What they really mean is that they will charge you $35 for every overdraft regardless of their so-called protection. And if your account is "new", you are not eligible for any refunds because it is too new, even if it has been opened for more than 6 months. And forget trying to spend your money that you put into your account; if your account is "new" you are not allowed to spend over a certain amount. Seems like you're holding MY money hostage and taking advantage of the customers that keep your bank in business.

I am a volunteer for a non profit org. and do the banking. I always have several transactions and went into the Godwin branch on a Saturday morn. and was told I would have to come back at another time. They were under staffed and did not want to deal with my transactions at that time. So much for most convenient bank! Only at their convenience!

I opened a business account at the bank and was treated very well! Jamie and Shannon are an asset to your institution! They should be promoted ASAP for their customer service skills! All members of the branch do a great job...I often go out of my way to stop at the Bayside Lakes Branch to do business!

I opened a business account at the bank and was treated very well! Jamie and Shannon are an asset to your institution! They should be promoted ASAP for their customer service skills! All members of the branch do a great job...I often go out of my way to stop at the Bayside Lakes Branch to do business!

Called to verify funds on an account as I have an out of state check drawn on this bank. They would not do this! Went to a local bank yesterday as I had another check that was NSF last week and the funds were there yesterday so the teller gave me a cashiers check in the place of the personal check. Would not bank with TD ever!

This branch has the friendliest and kindest atmosphere that I have ever seen. I mean soon as I walk in some guy in a 3 piece suit welcomes me in with a genuine smile an asks me if he can help me!! What bank does that?? Then when I proceed to make my deposit you have 3 tellers fighting over me? I'll tell ya they made me feel like VIP. Even when I have a problem with any of my accounts the very knowledgeable staff from the tellers all the way to the manager always go the extra 3 miles to assist me!! They help me make the right devotion when it comes to making financial decisions.. They really care I'm not just a number to them and it really shows.. And it doesnt end there as I leave the branch there is always more than one employee telling me to have a great day! TD bank the way banks should be if you ask me!!!

The extreem polarization of review results - insinuates someone is trying to manipulate the system regarding TD Bank. TD Bank has on several occasions signed me up for overdraft "protection" without my consent. They have told me that they have a right to do this, as well as to re-order debits so as to maximize fees. I am not alone in being a victim of their practice of charging overdraft fees on occasions when I was not overdrawn. In fact, No matter how careful you are about never over spending, you will fall into their trap of ever increasing fees and penalties. Avoid TD Bank at all costs.

Do not bank here, I fell into the trap & charged over $$$ in overdraft fees. I went into the branch & they simply did not care & see my point of view. I closed all my accounts.

BS, I HAVE NEVER ENCOUNTERED THIS- ALL BANKS RUN A SHADOW LINE OF CREDIT- WELLS FARGO GOT SUED OVER THIS- LEARN YOUR FACTS IM IN DEFENSE OF IT TD- THEY DO MORE THAN ANY OTHER BANK AS IT HAS IT-

Whenever I need to utilize staff assistance they have always been courteous and helpful. Sometimes the answer to my questions is not known immediately, but the person has always found out the answer and gotten back to me. I also far prefer doing business with TD Bank because of uniformly good to excellent service at any bank in any state where TD has branches. I've been with other banks. For the most part other staff people are helpful, but the bank could care less about my account.
