WORST BRANCH EVER!! I HATE THIS BRANCH

This is the worst branch ever! Do not go here, the manager Sara is so rude and unprofessional. I went because they had charged me for unknown charges for an unknown reason. I went to branch and spoke to her about it, she said it was an error but to get reimbursed I need to go to the branch where I opened it which was in Fort Pierce, FL! She said I had to contact them or better go in person for my refund to my account. I called and since I was in MD they said no but then again I talked to a teller. I went back to branch and told Sara I could not travel to FL etc and she didn't show any remorse or try anything to keep me happy, she insisted only they could refund me. So I payed my $279 flight to FL when I got to the branch where I opened I spoke to Branch manager as you can imagine I am pissed at this moment and told her everything I had to do to get a refund on my account. She said I didn't need to travel to get that refund and she was shocked I was told that. She refunded my money. Then few monthes later I get 2 months charged for a maintence fee I was never informed about. Apartly since I am over 24 I don't qualify for student account anymore and they been charging me a fee last 2 months. I went into branch and Sara had to help me again and when I sat down I thought to myself I should have gone to another branch. I told Sara I came to close my account due to the charges she didn't try anything to keep me or even refund me anything. I was so discusted I even told her she wasent trying to make any effort in making me happy. And she said if you wanna close it.... so rude and unprofessional other banks try to fix the reason why you want to leave them, especially since your been a customer for years. WORST BANK IN HISTORY, no customer service at all.

I hate this bank. I have switched banks, but I left 200 bucks in my account in order to keep it active. I checked up on it today, and MAINTENANCE FEE AFTER MAINTENANCE FEE, my account balance is now $15. A bank used to be a place where people could put their money to grow, now it's a place people store their money if they like donating to an already massive bank.

Went to my safe deposit at the Fair Lawn, NJ maple avenue branch today and stood while the 2 employees chatted in front of me, while there were no other customers in the bank. i stood and waited and waited. Then when one finally decided the chat with her co-worker was 'completed' she then helped me get into the safe deposit vault. She then asked me for ID after I gave her my safe deposit number and the key. I have had this safe deposit for over 6 years and no one has asked me for ID. She told me it was routine. When i got the box out and then went in to return it SHE LEFT THE DOOR OF THE VAULT WIDE OPEN! I just walked right in and there were bags of change just sitting on a chair. When I left the vault i had to get her attention again (no customers in the bank just chatting away with her co-worker again). I then asked her to lock my safe deposit box. What terrible terrible service. STAY AWAY!

I have no idea what you are talking about. I love the ASM! She is friendly, kind, smart, and helpful. She always makes time for customers and has a smile on her face. Also the rest of the employees are fedulous! The customer service is great. They alway say hi to me and all know my name. I feel valued and have never felt like any of them are stuck up! I have no idea what you are talking about as I love this branch and have had nothing but good experiences. I ESPECIALY LOVE THE ASM!!!!!!!!

xdeyiI'm from the Bronx and I happen to stop by, I feel you were having a bad hair day and it seem that you are the one discrinmnating. I went there and I was treated with courtesy. I had a similar incident at a Chase bank in the Bronx but we have to remember ,when we trip over a stone ,get up wipe your knees and keep it moving. Everyone needs a jobs. We all work with Patients,Customers,Clients etc. She was discriminating because her name was Maria???????? Lighten up !

I have been with the bank since this branch opened and Lisa was the manager. She asked me to open my business accounts at this branch. After she left the service went downhill. The tellers have become rude as well as the officers. I agree with the other customer relating to Maria. I have also found her to be very rude and condescending.

I would give this bank 0 stars if possible.
If there is anything about your life that can be gossiped about you wouldn't want to use this bank.

I would give this bank 0 stars if possible.
If there is anything about your life that can be gossiped about you wouldn't want to use this bank.

This branch is very unprofessional. I am all for diversity in the work force but there is a huge cultural barrier here, to the point where it is uncomfortable to interact with. I have seen the manager being very abusive to her employees. she talks about race and booty calls. This store is a law suit waiting to happen.

I thought when you go to a bank people are suppose to act in a professional manner, there all rude, they have horrible customer service
They should just close this branch down. By far Howard beach has normal respective king human beings. Maybe management should have some kind of meeting in this place or change employees they are by far the worst

The customer service at this branch is dismal. I have my personal AND checking accounts with this bank and still get "Cold" service when I go into the branch for any reason. The tellers are fine...all who sit behind a desk are not.

I personally dont care if they are open saturday and sundays.
The manager of my branch is down right rude. Everyone at the bank does things differently. One person cashes my checks another says only my husband can cash our checks. Mind you both our names are on the accounts.

Called this branch three times thus far without a call back. Asked to speak with someone about a home equity line of credit and was told that Edwardo was busy with a customer on Tuesday and would call that day. No call. Called again on Wednesday and was told Edwardo was off that day and the branch manager Orlando assured me he would call on Thursday. No call Thursday. Called again today Friday to be told Edwardo is on lunch and Orlando has gone home for the day. Guess there really is bankers hours.

I can fully agree with this reviewer. I have an account with this same bank at this very branch. However I live in England(United Kingdom).I have written twice to inform customer services on w matters. First about my change of address and second about my expired debit cards which I cannot use anymore. So far I have had no reply to my letters despite giving them my new address, telephone number and email address. I wrote to Ashleigh Scognamiglio, who explaining the situation , but it seems my letters have been ignored while they keep hold of my money in the account. This is totally wrong and unprofessional of this bank. I do not know who to turn to now.

I called one of the branches today and was appalled at the extreme nastiness and ignorance of one of the Branch Managers. It Makes me sad that people are so verbally abusive to others. Our anti-Bullying awareness needs to start with adults. Don't ever be surprised that our children have all become bullies: they are just mimicking what they see the big people doing to each other

This bank is the most out of control most unorganized "professional" office I have ever been a part of. I am not only a used-to-be customer but I am also a past employee of this branch. I just recently left. The work environment as well as the way customers are treated is absolutely pathetic and I am not about that at all. I worked for this bank for 2 and a half years and I must tell you all to take your money and run if you still have it in there. I can tell you from being in the office that you are just a number. They don't really care about you or the security of your money. If you only saw what goes on behind the scenes, you would be scared. Also, the employees are treated like complete dirt. If you walk up to the counter and see a miserable, unhappy teller, it's most likely because she hates being there and her supervisors don't give a rats (you know what) about her, her hard work, her dedication, or the fact that she handles people's lives all day long. The people that run this individual branch shouldn't be. In simplest terms. They are lazy. If you ever have a problem with your accounmt, or something went wrong and you need the help of a customer service rep, or manager, they won't solve your problem. Nor will they make it a priority to get back to you. It's not of their concern, although it should be. There were several times throughout my employment here that I, MYSELF had to remind MY supervisors to do their job CORRECTLY and put the customer FIRST. After all, without the customers, we have no business, right? Wrong. (To them anyway). Like I said, you are just a number. And chances are, you will be standing in the teller line for at least 10 minutes before a supervisor behind the counter even looks up to see you standing there because she's too busy playing tetris.

I have been waiting over a month now to get overdraft fee correct on my account. I have email over and over again. They do not address the issues that I'm having. I have called the local branch now and left three messages for the branch manager to call me and no calls either. I just nwant the account fix and I can move on from here. I file with the FTC, BBB, and OCC regarding TD Bank and overdraft fees.
