I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FROM THE COMMERCE BANK DAYS. WHEN TD TOOK OVER I WAS WORRIED THE BANK WOULD CHANGE AND LOSE BENEFITS I LOVED SUCH AS GREAT HOURS ETC. BUT, THAT DIDN'T HAPPEN, AND ACTUALLY THINGS GOT EVEN BETTER.
THE ONLINE BANKING IS GREAT TOO. LOVE THIS BANK! LOCATIONS EVERYWHERE, GREAT HOURS, VERY ACCOMDATING. THANK YOU!

Horrible service. Manager Maria was rude, ignores calls, and is discriminating. My business partner closed his accounts, luckily I was with him and saved myself from opening a few investment property accounts, once I saw the attitude of this lady. I observed that there is non educated management at this bank and branch.

xdeyiI'm from the Bronx and I happen to stop by, I feel you were having a bad hair day and it seem that you are the one discrinmnating. I went there and I was treated with courtesy. I had a similar incident at a Chase bank in the Bronx but we have to remember ,when we trip over a stone ,get up wipe your knees and keep it moving. Everyone needs a jobs. We all work with Patients,Customers,Clients etc. She was discriminating because her name was Maria???????? Lighten up !

I have been with the bank since this branch opened and Lisa was the manager. She asked me to open my business accounts at this branch. After she left the service went downhill. The tellers have become rude as well as the officers. I agree with the other customer relating to Maria. I have also found her to be very rude and condescending.

I would give this bank 0 stars if possible.
If there is anything about your life that can be gossiped about you wouldn't want to use this bank.
We intially were treated well here, but when family relations became strained the bank no longer cooperated with us. Gossip about us affected how we were able to do our banking business. Totally a law suit waiting to happen.

I totally agree this branch is slow and unresponsive.
I opened an account and they made a mistake and recorded my social security number off by one digit.
I presented the proper documentation and I am still waiting for them to correct it

This branch is very unprofessional. I am all for diversity in the work force but there is a huge cultural barrier here, to the point where it is uncomfortable to interact with. I have seen the manager being very abusive to her employees. she talks about race and booty calls. This store is a law suit waiting to happen.

I saw mixed reviews on TD Bank and I think it's an injustice to the individual employees that all of their sites are rolled into a TD Bank review and rating.
In particular, the TD employees at the Bluffton, SC get 5 star ratings from my wife & me!!! They have been superb in all customer satisfaction dimensions and we highly recommend doing business with them if you live in the area.
We only started doing business with them about 3 months ago in conjunction with purchasing a home in the vicinity and have had interactions with six of their personnel and every one has been excellent!!
The only general deficiency we have noted is that TD Bank's enterprise-wide software applications could be more state of the art

I opened my account here as i moved to the area. The staff was amazing. They seemed to look at me as a personan dnot a number. They were able to print my debit card instantlywhich was soo cool. OMG this is banking at its best. Why cant other financial institutions follow their lead? Only one problem for me, I live in Riverhead and there is no TD bank to be found at that location. Could it be the other banks are afraid? I think so. Thank you TD bank!

The customer service at this branch is dismal. I have my personal AND checking accounts with this bank and still get "Cold" service when I go into the branch for any reason. The tellers are fine...all who sit behind a desk are not.

I've been with this bank for a couple years. This particular branch used to have a very nice employee who usually served me. She knew exactly who my boyfriend and I were and she was always extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our experience a good one. She ended up leaving because she hated working for TD and began working at a competitor across the street. After she left, I really noticed the lack of respect and customer service provided by some of the other employees. There is one employee (always wear her brown hair in a ponytail, no makeup, clothes sloppy) who has been very rude to my mother and I on multiple occasions when we have stopped in to make deposits or exchange Canadian dollars. She is condescending and always blames the customer when she makes a mistake or is not explaining things clearly. She is the main reason I am rating the bank so low. I dread seeing her frowning face when I pull up to the window. I have dealt with one of the managers and she was quite nice and helpful. There is a blonde girl who is also very nice and helpful. Two of the other girls that have served me are constantly laughing at jokes their coworkers are making while they're serving me. They barely acknowledge that I'm there and push my deposit slip through to me with barely a "Have a nice day." It would be great if they would fire those few employees who offer poor service, I would like their bank much better, but from what I've heard TD offers poor benefits and employees who work for them are generally unhappy so it's hard to get good employees to stay.

I've been with this bank for a couple years. This particular branch used to have a very nice employee who usually served me. She knew exactly who my boyfriend and I were and she was always extremely helpful and went out of her way to make our experience a good one. She ended up leaving because she hated working for TD and began working at a competitor across the street. After she left, I really noticed the lack of respect and customer service provided by some of the other employees. There is one employee (always wear her brown hair in a ponytail, no makeup, clothes sloppy) who has been very rude to my mother and I on multiple occasions when we have stopped in to make deposits or exchange Canadian dollars. Hi i am writing this just because this bank has made my life hell..they are not able to process a request that you give to them and there people who are working there have no manners and respect to talk to there customers..being a part of this bank i would not advice anyone to open any account with this bank and i would not personally deal with them anymore..sorry to say this but by carrying this attitude you would not last very long in this business that i assure you..
